I ordered the pasta chicken Alfredo which was my favorite. It’s been more than a year that I place an order. Now I know why. I think they ran out of the Alfredo sauce. My pasta was dry as heck and I ate the chicken only. No!!! I will not go back it not worth the time and energy.

Last night was the third time we went to this location. I really like it because it’s quiet, clean and the food is great. We get the personal pan pizza which is great including the crust and the cheesy garlic bread which is cooked to perfection. Lexi the server is great as well

I like the idea of Pizza Hut’s traditional dine-in areas even though the place was under slight construction.
The service was not good by far for a carryout. I don’t have a habit of writing sub-par reviews but my service was just that. Not to fully blame, to to the establishment seemed to be severely understaffed. I ordered by app and the app said my order was done a 07:19pm but due to, staff and customer arguments, my order kept getting overlooked and was told multiple times that it was not done. I wasn’t handed my food until 07:47pm.
My food was a little more dry than expected but the apple pie bites were a pretty nice treat. No apologies we’re given for such poor service, which should have been the minimum, but wasn’t. Overall, service could be better if The appropriate staff were added.

I was waiting for my order at Pizza Hut today. I was told it would take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 25 minutes. A brown girl came around 5:30, and it seemed like she had just started her shift. When I asked her if my order was ready, she put the order in the oven even though my order was already prepared.

This is not the first time this has happened. She often behaves like this with me whenever I come to pick up my order. I don’t think this is good behavior. I have experienced this many times before.

The rest of the staff is very good and helpful, but this situation keeps happening with her, which makes the experience frustrating.

We stopped in on our way to the shore late on a Thursday night. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious – the best cheese bread sticks I’ve had at a Pizza Hut in 15 years. And the pizzas were great, too. Check out the old photos of Vineland in the 1950s and the Pizza Hut menus from the 1990s.

Wow worst experience because of a silly thing. I don’t go to Pizza Hut. I just happened to have a coupon. I ordered a couple of things through the app for Pick Up including wings. Well… I got all the way home(20 mins away) no wings. I know mistakes happen but it is still annoying when that’s all my husband wanted and they weren’t in the box. I call the store and let them know. They asked if I wanted to drive back to get them or have a coupon for free wings. (refund wasn’t even listed as an option) I asked for a refund since I don’t go there much. I guess that needs a managers approval. Ofcourse she was on break and never called me back. I then go on the app to ask for a refund. I was told they can only do coupons. If I wanted a refund then I would have to wait for upper management to get in touch with me. I waited and waited. After week of nothing I did the same thing… went on the app and explained the situation. Once again they said they would escalate my case and upper management would get back to me. A week goes by and same thing. I contacted them again. ( by this time my husband is telling me to let it go but it’s the point of the matter and I’m not giving up!) I reached out so many times over my $10 wings they probably have name memorized but still won’t give me my refund. I’m not sure why a $10 refund takes over and month. I never knew Pizza Hut HQ was so busy! Almost a month later I just contacted them and did want they wanted all along and gave in a got my free wings coupon!

A few co workers and I would often frequent this location the manager that took our orders and gave us our food ,she became extremely angry when we noticed our order was incorrect when we asked for our correct order she became furious and short tempered causing us to feel very uncomfortable we will not be returning here She argued back and forth saying that’s what we ordered at this point i really didn’t even want to eat here or accept the incorrect order but since we had to return back to work we just took what we had received and hurrilly scurried back to work. Overstimulated and disappointed.

I walked into this Pizza Hut hoping to sit down and enjoy a meal for my birthday, and the experience was completely ruined by the attitude of the staff. When I asked if we could dine in, the woman at the counter replied with a rude tone, almost like she didn’t even want us there. We decided to sit anyway, but she came over and threw the menus on the table before walking away without saying a word.

It was supposed to be a simple birthday dinner, and instead the service made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving without even ordering. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back to this location.

Old pizza at the Main Road/Chestnut Ave location in Vineland, NJ. Only they know how long it’s been sitting out. Woke up in hours after eating ONE slice, throwing up everywhere and is still doing so 3:50pm the following day! Pizza was cold and stiff. Garlic cheese bread was cold and hard. I literally live 5 minutes away, was expecting fresh/hot food, but ended up with this crap in a box and food poisoning. Yum

We walked in and weren’t greeted which was fine but when someone finally approached us, she didn’t even look like an employee (hoodie and sweatpants) and acted incredibly cold. My spouse simply asked if we could dine in, and her response was a very unwelcoming “sure.” At that point, we got up and left. To make it worse, it was his birthday.
