It was difficult at first to contact the RGM to fix a problem with an order that got canceled, but once I met her at the restaurant, she did an excellent job. Keep in mind that this location uses a call center, so you will not get consistent service each time you call unless you are just placing an order. They told me I could not be put directly through to the restaurant even though the RGM said they can do it. Other than this misinformation, I was completely satisfied.

This place is a classic! The food was delicious, the service was even better, thanks Betty! There’s plenty of Free on-site parking. Wheelchair accessible entrances and exits. Lots of room to move around in the Dining area. They accept cash and cards. Have fun enjoying an all time great family restaurant.

I did not experience the food however I was visiting from out of town and heard that this pizza hut offers dine in service however they turned us away and said its only counter. We came twice and still were told only takeout offered.
There needs to be consistency and they need to take away the “please wait to be seated ” sign if they are picking and choosing when dine in is an option

learn how to cut your pizza the right way, got a pizza that was all different size slices. it looked disgusting and a work of a 3 year old. Love this pizza place though, taste amazing.

I always buy pizza here, it is very cheap, very tasty and they give it to you in 15 minutes………. On one occasion they made a mistake and gave me the wrong pizza and since I am already a frequent customer and they knew me, they gave me a pizza for the mistake they had made. excellent attention.

I ordered cheesy bread sticks and to my surprise I got toast with cheese.I did not complain but I was upset. The staff was nice and they don’t get paid enough I was a waitress once, but it would have been nice if it came with a warning I wouldn’t have ordered the item. I tried to get pass the fact it was sliced toast with cheese but couldn’t.
