Subject: Complaint Regarding Delay in DoorDash Order Delivery and Staff Conduct
To the Authorized Person,
Today I came to your Pizza Hut branch to pick up an order placed via DoorDash. I have been waiting for over 55 minutes to receive my order. During this time, I have not received any clear information about the status of the order, and the staff’s attitude has been extremely indifferent and rude.
As a DoorDash delivery person, time is very important to me. Such a long wait results in both financial loss and decreased customer satisfaction. The delay and staff behavior are unprofessional and unacceptable.
I request that this situation be investigated, necessary warnings and adjustments be made, and measures be taken to prevent similar problems from recurring.
I am sending this message to Pizza Hut officials so that their employees treat customers more politely and orders are delivered faster.

Worst pizza hut shop i have ever visited. I have seen so many people standing there for more than half hour. Service was very poor. Wednesday november 5th night between 8 and 9. I have seem dashers cancel orders because the wait was not worth it. Ans when someone asked how long it would take the guy was very rude nasty and mean. Will never in my life visit here. i know no one cares but still wanted to leave the review

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite food since I was a kid and coming here solidified that. I usually don’t order right before closing but tonight I just couldn’t help it I was so hungry and the one person who was there stayed until after closing to make my pizza. Terrible customer service. Order breadsticks and a personal pan pizza and the guy looked confused as to why I was asking about my order. They for sure just ignored my order and didn’t cook it till 10 minutes after I arrived.

Scheduled an order for delivery, never received my order, now I have to wait for someone to call me so they can investigate and I can get my refund? This is ridiculous! I need my money back Google stated shop was still open therefore I went to the store ans Boom! This is the most unprofessional Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I had a simple issue with my delivery order that could have been resolved if the manager would simply pick up the phone. I called 9 times with no answers. I had to come to the store personally to at this point request a refund. Ive been sitting in the store for 2 hours now, and my issue is still not resolved.

Lady up front was great, food tasted good, now if only the cook actually made what was ordered….. Missing toppings and made medium round instead of larger square.
