DO NOT EAT HERE!
I was shocked to see there was still a Pizza Hut in the area honestly. I was disappointed by how run down the place actually was. When we walked in the woman behind the counter told us that the card machine was down and we would need to pay cash. Ok. We placed an order, she asked for my name and told us 15 minutes. 20 went by, and we still didn’t have anything. When I went to the counter, I saw the woman who was at the counter working in the back making pizzas. She wasn’t wearing gloves and was spreading the cheese with her bare hands after just using the keyboard at the register which was filthy. When I asked her if she was wearing gloves she yelled back “we don’t wear gloves here” so I told her I don’t want my order and to give me my money back please.
Ive been contemplating contacting corporate and also the health department at this point. It was the condition of the keyboard that just had me so disgusted. Watching her mush the shredded cheese through her nails and fingers onto a pizza was it.

They again messed up my pizza with toppings I ordered. They gave me a replacement with another issue of underdone crust. Upon reporting I got a rude behavior.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza for my family, and to my shock and disgust, we found a human hair baked into the pizza. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food handling practices.
Not only did this ruin our meal, but it also shows a total lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. When we spend money at a well-known brand like Pizza Hut, the least we expect is safe, clean food — not something that makes us lose our appetite.
So yes, I got a new pizza, but the entire process was frustrating, inconvenient, and honestly very disappointing.
Finding hair in food shows a serious hygiene issue, and asking the customer to come back in freezing weather shows a serious customer service issue.
I hope management takes this seriously — this kind of experience is not what anyone expects from Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut in Randolph is pretty good. It’s kinda in its own lane over here and some more stores are being built near by. Shanon is pretty cool and helpful in there and is always nice when coming in.

The customer service was bad they were extremely rude. My family got 2 large pizzas and it took 2 hours to receive them. The restaurant was filled with unhappy customers being ignored by the employees. A guy in the restaurant said he placed his order since the morning and was still waiting on it. When we received our order it was wrong we ordered bone in wings and received boneless wings with the wrong sauce. We paid more for wings and didn’t even get the right ones. This isn’t the first time the employees have been rude at this location.

Giving them 5 stars reviews because its the only one left and from my childhood and I don’t want them to close also the food is not subpar and love their wings and breadsticks,my daughter loves their pizza as well! We sometimes take out for parties when we don’t dine in either way the food is always hot and fresh and that’s what counts!

Really no common sense during the super bowl. Yes it’s a busy time but you need to have basic restaurant management skills to handle a situation like this. You have 40+ people waiting with more showing up every minute. 20+ pizzas sitting and only 8 tickets up. Call the names of the orders that are done to clear out the group. Instead they are only calling new finished orders. Basic restaurant management.

Picked up personal sizes pizza on Tuesday.. it was delicious and it was piping hot just came out from the oven. Order on the app and it was ready when I got there in 15 mins. Great service.

Our family ordered on Super Bowl Sunday, our order was ready when we arrived and was still hot when we got home just in time to enjoy the game. It was very busy, I recommend ordering ahead during similar events.

Doordashed an order and they forgot the entire order of breadsticks and in each of three orders of twelve wings they only included NINE wings. So instead of 36 wings I got 27. They also included two blue cheeses for three orders of wings. Absolutely ridiculous. Less than 3/4 of the food that was ordered was actually delivered, but they charged for full orders. Absolutely criminal. And the driver let us know that the staff were rude when he picked up. One star is too many. I don’t know how the place stays in business with this kind of service.

How does your name have the word “pizza” in it but you don’t know how to make pizza. They are so cheep with the cheese and sauce that everything burns. If you aren’t going to use the company standards you must shorten the time and temp in the oven. You literally cannot taste any cheese or sauce just burnt bread. This place is consistently bad. They deliver with door dash too so I’ve had my food stolen twice. Just shut the doors if you can run a business. Pizza is 3 ingredients it’s not like I’m asking you to solve the mysteries of the universe. You make the whole experience like trying to drive a square peg into a round hole. Seriously please explain why your store is so terrible. I genuinely want an answer. I never get an answer when I call. They remake your pizza and it’s worse. Also why do you deliver bread sticks with refrigerated sauce. I never seen that. Does anyone wants to dip their bread sticks in 45 degree sauce? Am I missing something? Is it some new culinary adventure that I am unaware of?
