Unfortunately only one girl working on a Saturday for a half full dining room and a very busy take out line at the register. Apparently only one person in the back as we were told. We waited an hour and did not receive our food. Another table waited an hour and a half. They left and we followed. Suggested the manager be notified about the situation and maybe the dining room be closed as there was definitely not enough staff to handle the situation. Veryunfortunate as we do love the food.

I always order thru the app and pick it up. Never had issues with my order. Consistent when it comes to their pizza & wings. Just lucky to have them still in Saint Albans. I think they still do deliveries. Dine in option, not sure if they still offer lunch buffet. Definitely due for a much needed update.

Placed order on line for delivery they rely on door dash to deliver . They accept the order but door dash has no driver . So it could not be delivered . I waited from 1030 am to 1252 pm for them to let me finally know it would not be delivered. That my money would be back in 24 to 48 hrs. Basically tuff luck not our issue. Order dominos they deliver on time everytime . Won’t order here again .

Was supposed to do a big box deall and charged us full price for everything. It was supposed to be slipped in half for me and the other guests and did not end up doing that. Paid $63 when we were quoted $25-$30. Understaffed. Very unsatisfied.

One of the last few Pizzza Huts in Vermont . Hardly anyone was there for lunch.Lots of togo phone orders. Service for two tables took forever to get the food.

Their white pizza is really special and soooo delicious. I have been in on a Sunday and a Tuesday and the people are friendly and the food is hot and fresh.

We were here for nearly 2 hrs and watched multiple other families come in be seated and fed before we even got our food. It was over 30 minutes before we even got drinks. Not impressed to say the least. Don’t come here if you dont have all night to spend here.

Came at 5:15pm. The whole dining room was full of dirty tables. There was 1 girl at the register told us to sit wherever. There was 2 table somewhat clean. A booth for 4 or a table that the chairs were up on. Well there was 7 of us so we choose that one. The edge of the table looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I had to put paper towels so not to stick to the table. We finally got some of our food but not the pizza. Hello Pizza Hut. I didnt come here for chicken and breadsticks. When she came to check on us, I said everything was fine just waiting on our pizza. Well it is now 6:45 and we are just getting our pizza because of “a glitch” in the system that send the sticks, chicken and not the pizza to the cook. WHAT? I also order the brownie dessert which never came and here it is 7:40. She brought the check it’s not on it so we are out of here. Come to find out she is new. When I heard that I wasn’t so mad at the service but I was disguised with the tables.

Great as always. They’re pleasant & courteous. They make my pizza just the way I ask & it tastes great every time. Thanks Pizza Hut for being one of the very few places I can count on. Now I just gotta get you to deliver to my place.. lol.
