After avoiding Papa Johns for a few years, we wanted to try it again and this time it was like the old days. We ordered online, which was easy, and found a coupon which saved us 25%.
The pizza was ready very quick I when I arrived to pick it up it was already ready.
The guy working there was friendly and gave me some spices and garlic sauce for the pizza.
Pizza was very good, with fresh ingredients and well baked.
I will be buying here again for sure. This location is much better than the other one a few miles away.

I enjoy the quality of Papa Johns moreso than other chains, but I couldn’t bear to give them money after how rude Kyle was on the phone. I have never spoken to someone who regards their customers with such disdain and arrogance, he is genuinely the rudest person I have ever come across. Working in a customer-facing role, you would think he had learned how to speak to people at some point in his life. I suppose not. He lacks any kindness, courtesy, or manners that are required for this role. If he cannot do so much as answer a telephone without an attitude, I cannot imagine how his poor coworkers feel having to deal with his poor behavior every day. I hope this franchise takes the time to train him better or let him go if training doesn’t work. Do better Kyle.

Bad customer service from General Manager Kyle over the phone. after explaining several times that I placed an order for delivery using the same tell# I just called and was missing a two litter soda. GM said, it wasn’t from his store, & basically gave me no option, but to find the store that I ordered from. Funny enough Papa John’s is a franchise with over 5000 stores. They make millions & don’t have a system that can track stores orders. Even the DoorDash delivery driver Sheryl said, they do it all the time because they so busy, & can’t keep up with orders properly when ordering drinks… my thing is “Principle”.
He was not apologetic or try to help in no way!!!
Telling a customer to do the tracking is unacceptable!
Thank God this was my first time ordering from Papa John’s. It makes it that much easier to ever buy from them. Better Pizza & wings in local pizza restaurants. Won’t listen to anyone else to order from them again.

Rude manager on the phone. Lied about my delivery said completed. But the guy lied and said the address doesn’t exist and the phones disconnected. That’s why you were at the gate and the front gate called me. Refunded my money and didn’t even offer to remake or bring the order back out. Pathetic human beings here. Especially the driver and person who finally answered my phone with a “hello” not even saying “thank you calling Papa John’s how may I help you”. Rude just straight rude lying … people

I just moved to Davenport and Paul went above and beyond to make sure that my experience at this location was truly enjoyable. Paul is a phenomenal worker. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the menu as well as patient with people who don’t know how to work the online menu. 10/10 stars he deserves a raise- he checked up on me and even gave me cups and plates for my meal. Great service!

On March 17, at almost 4pm, I called and ordered a PEPPERONI STUFFED CRUST pizza located at Lake Wilson Rd., Davenport. I picked up my pizza after I was advised it was ready. When I got home, we all were hungry and ready to eat; my family and myself were immediately all in AWE !!! In my life, have I EVER had a pizza so AMAZING AND DELICIOUS… OMG !! A SUPERB and EXCELLENT tasting pizza…. GOURMET !!
