Never had a worse experience ordering a pizza than from this location. After 40 minutes of waiting, I was told my order couldn’t be delivered as contactless delivery had been selected, an option I did not ask for or request when ordering my food over the phone.
I was then told I would need to wait another 40 minutes for doordash to deliver this already made pizza, and an astounding hour and 40 minutes later the manager couldn’t “figure out how to get my pizza delivered”
If you’re unable to provide a guaranteed delivery service, you should probably either remove the option entirely or employ workers to provide it.
Removing delivery drivers from your payroll as a place like pizza hut is like not employing drive through workers at a McDonald’s.

I ordered online for my food. The doordasher left my pizza on a snow covered doorstep because I live on the 3rd floor and he refused to do his job and call like he’s supposed to. I proceeded to call the restaurant and was answered by a rude employee who told me it’s not their fault it’s door dash and hung up in my face. Lets not forget, a hot pizza sitting on top of snow equals a soggy pizza box, in turn, soggy pizza. So at the moment I’m out of a pizza. Pizza hut just flat out stop answering the phone for me to keep from refunding me. The pizza WAS NOT made right, the Big New Yorker comes with pepperoni and neither of my pizzas had any, the bones chicken wings were nugget sized, and the sauce was just squirter over a few nuggets instead of covering the meat. So in return, im waiting for the upper level management to decide if I can get a refund or not. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service if I ever encountered it. And to the young guy that hung up in my face with the attitude, you should be glad I didn’t drive to the store and give you what you deserve.

Pizza pick up, that gluten free crust is not great and it was probably cooked too long because it was super hard and dry. Regular pizza was fine. My daughter mentioned the sauce was really there in some places and not at all in others causing it to be dry. She ate it with ranch. Problem solved. Cheers. Did pick up so no comment on atmosphere.

Not the best pizza I have had. Toppings were not consistant: some slices had one banana pepper on it, cheese was minimal on some and heavy on others. There was a mistake on the price when I ordered online, took me explaining multiple times to the person before they corrected the price, but they did in the end.

I’ve been craving stuffed crust pizza, and the only place that come to mind to fulfill that craving is pizza hut. I’m never disappointed. Great service. Pizza was made super fast, next thing I know I was eating it in the car. Thanks pizza hut for being there when we really need it.

We’ve ordered from here in the past for our team events at the nearby Ramada but this was my first trip to the shop. The order process by phone was a snap with a pleasant young lady. When I showed up at the pickup window 20 minutes later the pizzas were all set. Also purchased several bottles of soda and the nice service person provided plastic cups and paper plates, much appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the pizza!
