I am disappointed with the food quality
I order a bacon chicken parm melt and got this. Was not edible. The bread was rock hard, the filling was stuck to the box. How they even had the audacity to serve this is beyond me!

They don’t have any sanitizer hands or some similar for cleaning hands. The menu is a blurry piece of paper on the wall but is no visible. I’m trying to create account on the app but that don’t accept more than 7 characters, that is a problem for me and cause I’m no use a single password for each app. And could be more selective with the ingredients.

Horrible service. Made an order and pizza took forever to come and when it did, it was cold and stale. It was not the Uber dirver’s fault. It was the restaurant. The pizza also came with a missing piece.. like what the heck?!?

Just now today, made an online order for delivery and paid it then just to get a phone call an hour later that they have no driver and I have to pick it up instead. Fine I can do that and upon getting there I also ask if I can get reimbursed for the driver fee and tips since I was called to come in and get it myself. They said I didn’t pay and changed it to carry out order instead. I see there’s a hold for my online order on my statement which is fine but when I am ready to pay for it, it’s almost the same price as my original order with all the delivery fees and they said because THEY changed it to carry out I have to pay the store prices instead of online, that is why it cost more. So you cancel my first paid order on your store negligence on no driver and have to pay a different price when HAVING to pick it up.

Terrible. I love cheese crust. Order from them all the time. Now no more. They made their crust 50% thinner. Cheese in it were like bubble tea size straw. Barely noticeable. Now Domino have cheese crust. I don’t have to count on the cheap pizza hut. Its like covid 25 where they have to be really cheap while maintaining regular price. No more Hutz for me. “Am not stupid”.

Picked up order, drove home, realized they gave me three medium pizzas instead of two medium and a large. Called number and it’s a call center that can’t do anything except forward me to local location, but they never answer (we’ve had problems at this location before). It was too late to drive all the way back and have them remake order. Had I been able to speak with someone at the location might have had time.

I don’t like the idea I have to place my order with someone off site then when I make my order I’m told the system won’t let me take certain ingredients off my pizza and I have to except the order as is. That is not professional service at all.

I wish I could give them a higher rating because I love pizza hut. Unfortunately this location needs to improve. The pizza is not fully cut, and not always precise. These poor cinnamon rolls.

I would like to thank the night clerk for her service on 02/14/25. Last night, at 11pm, I stopped by to buy a pizza, and this lady was very kind to me and my husband. She noticed that we were Brazilian and said that she spoke a little Portuguese. She explained everything to us and helped us choose the pizza topping. I wanted to do this review because normally on a Saturday, at 11pm, we never get good service. The employees are always rude, making it seem like they hate working and blaming the customer. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask the lady’s name, but I would like her boss to know that she has an excellent employee.
