Nothing worse than a cold, soggy pizza, am I right? As a New Yorkah, I’m constantly comparing pizzas because I crave the taste of thinly stretched dough on long stringy cheese filled with marinara with strong notes of oregano, parmesano & garlic. I’ve yet to find a place that lives up to the “NYC” hype up here. As you can see from the slice separation, there is no melting stringy cheese between the spaces and the overall taste is unremarkable at best. The slices are wide, but not long like a NYC slice. It does come covered in pepperoni though. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived soggy and not even warm. Had 1 slice, and tossed the rest because reheating the slices made the crust harden to where it’s not enjoyable to chew on it, especially if you have sensitive teeth. Not worth $40. Maybe dining in would be a better experience. All in all: thank you, next.

Tried the Big New York Style Pizza. It was delicious and each of the 6 slices were bigger than a normal slice. Alsi tried the Apple pies and the cinnamon sticks which were both also good.

This Pizza Hut is amazing. The crew who work there are great. We drive all the way from Connecticut to get our favorite deep dish pizzas! The manager Scott is a great guy too. Definitely worth driving for a good stash of pizza. Be sure to order online if you’re placing big orders like us!

Bad Experience. I decided to give this store a second chance after they were not concerned about food allergies. This time when i went to the pizza hut to order a pizza. AGAIN WRONG pizza and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get the pizza correct. Thanks to the manager on duty who was patient and helped out. She deserves all the credit. Store Manager Scott Pollock who promised a store credit from the food allergies LIED as there was no store credit on file. This goes against customer service and treating customers fairly. As a Doctor by profession, I treat my patients with care and follow-up with their concerns. Scott Pollock should not be a store manager.

The cashier was rude in a nice way not answering any questions I had or explaining what I asked the question for. She charged me the same price for water as a soda product. I ordered a 26.00 big box and 4 sodas? It was 46 plus some change I will never go here I was robbed by this cashier! I went to the restroom it had no toilet paper and no hand soap.

My parents both worked at Pizza Hut locations over 6 years ago, and they could run this place better by themselves! The amount of stupidity of the staff was astronomical, to say the least, the food was horrible, and their serving sizes are a complete lie, as the family sizes of alfreado are personal, and the large pizzas are barely the size of mediums. The amount of dipping sauce they give you for the bread sticks is laughable with how small it is. I will not be back. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. The only good thing there was the bread sticks.

This is the only full menu Pizza Hut near me, it is still 25 minutes away but worth the trip to get items not offered at the Pizza Hut closer to me. The service was quick and friendly.
