Visit on 12/6/25. We called ahead for pizza at 4:22, was given a pickup time of 5:30 – 5:35. When we arrived at 5:37, we were told that our pizza would not be ready for 10 minutes. I asked when did they (their system) promise to have the pizza order ready, she looked it up and stated 5:30 but said that they have been busy. When I stated that our order was placed over an hour ago and that it should be ready, they stated that the system doesn’t give them the order that early and that “it waits” until closer to the promised time frame. I was tempted to argue how that is a stupid system and pushes people away from ordering early and even ordering at all from their store but considered the source and thought better of it. We ordered 3 types of pizza (2 ea.), the pep, stuffed pep and the philly. The two peps were good and the philly was “meh”. The vegetables were undercooked and the sauce was minimal.

The girl at the drive through had an attitude when we asked for our sauce which we had already purchased and she forgot to give us. When we receive the sauce, both of them are half full/ less than half full. Why bother giving a big cup if you aren’t going to fill it AT LEAST 3/4 of the way? If corporate wants to cut back on the amount of sauce to give its customers, then they should put it in a different size cup. If I pay for a full cup of sauce then I should get a full cup worth. Ridiculous all the way around…. Customer service and portions.

I placed an order for Italian cheese bread on the app I got confirmation they received it, I drove about 10-15 minutes to come pick it up and they tell me it’s not in the system and that sometimes there’s a delay in the system and that there’s a 30-40minute wait time. I will not be coming back to this location this is ridiculous. Another time I ordered the pepperoni cheese bread and they overloaded it with an insane amount parmesan, it’s supposed to just be sprinkled on top but they put an entire layer. I am not a cheese lover and I especially don’t care for parmesan and all I could taste was Parmesan. I tried scraping it off and it didn’t help at all. It’s like they accidentally dumped the whole bottle on it and didn’t wanna remake it. It was a complete waste of money. Probably won’t go back

Little Caesars has become our go-to pizza place. Although there are many other pizza places and some that have been around for a little bit longer in our area, Little Caesars surpasses them all. I highly recommend the three meat treat and then step out and get you a stuffed crust with old world pepperoni plus pepperoni and I guarantee you will be satisfied. Been using the local one here in Moncks Corner for a good while and never had any issues whatsoever. We finally came across our very first issue with an order we made the other day. Dawson the manager went above and beyond who ensure that we were taken care of and although we were a die-hard customer I can assure you that we will shop at this Little Caesars again and again. Great customer service and superb pizza and an incredibly fast availability I’ll make this our number one pizza place in Moncks Corner. Pictured with this review is a perfect three meat treat. Honestly the specialty stuffed crust pepperoni doesn’t last long enough to photo!

First time ever going to this location but I won’t ever go again. We ordered a meal with crazy, sauce, and two pizzas,sauce, and crazy bread not only was this bread extremely hard and a lot of air whole like no dough but it had Italian seasoning on them. Our pizza was cold my kids and I had to heat up the pizza. The only reason my I didn’t take it all back it because of the rain storm

I visited this store 05/11/2024 around 9pm. I sat outside and waited for my mobile order to be completed. I then saw two employees come outside to shake the rug (leaving dirt and residue all over them) also while horse playing in drive thru jumping on the drive thru sensor and off. I noticed they did not wash their hands (knowing you’ll don’t use gloves when preparing pizzas) when they went back inside they didn’t even wear aprons in the restaurant. None of the employees had on lil Ceasers uniforms in the store. I went to drive thru to receive my order and I didn’t get ANY customer service. No “Hello,Hi,Thanks for choosing Lil Ceasers” ANYTHING! Just a “What u want” from a young girl in a big grey hoodie. Why are y’all wearing hoodies when you are preparing food anyway ? smh I went home opened my box of a 6$ Pizza and Pepperoni Cheese Puffs. The pizza had no crunch, just DOUGH. The cheese on the pizza was still raw, and the cheese puffs weren’t fresh, all hard !! They rushed my order, and when I called back before 11 they said they were closed. This store is disgusting and rude; especially at night. UNACCEPTABLE..I rather drive into another town then to deal with this on a regular ❌❌❌

If I could I would write a negative two stars on this place I’ve never got my order right one if I ordered anything other than a large pepperoni. And then tonight the girl rang up my order has a large pepperoni thin crust and I ordered a large spring so then I get my pizza an hour after I ordered it and I had to go in and correct it and then this is what I got no olives most of the Pizza is pepperoni so I’m assuming they took the old Pizza that they tried to give me and just threw a few toppings on it and said that was a supreme and the reason I’m saying that is because the crust around the edges is harder than it usually is not to mention the pepperonis are cooked more than anything else on the pizza I would never go back to this place if I had another Little Caesars to go to
