First off, the pizza is probably the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Diana 4 years ago… Wasn’t the cheapest, but it’s definitely a quality product… I’m not sure what the problem was the evening I ordered, but the dining room was closed… Maybe that’s why the lady behind the counter seemed a bit sour… A smile and a thank you go a long way in keeping business… Either way, I’ll definitely be trying this establishment again in the near future.

Great food and great service, but yes there is a but the girl in there could use some help. It was a Sunday evening place was packed and Kaila was amazing in the back and front was having a hard time answering phones serving so many customers. So that being said if you try to make a call and it doesn’t get answered probably best just to come on by and Kaila will get to you when she can.

Small, quaint, local pizza shop. Weren’t busy when my son and I went in. Order came out in excellent time. Only had one person on shift, I felt bad for her, but she was on the spot and polite. We knew what we wanted so I’m sure that made her day a bit better. I didn’t really look at the menu. I intend to go back and try the buffet in the future.

Phoned in an order, young lady was polite & accommodating while taking my order. She mentioned that they were cash only but didn’t give an ETA on when my order would be ready. No problem, that will give me time for an ATM run.
When I arrived ~30 minutes later, to pick up my order, it was apparent SEVERAL folks had the same idea as there were multiple parties there. I was acknowledged quickly, was told they were working on my order. 5 minutes go by and another couple comes in, their order is ready – they pay & leave. Another 5 minutes and my order is brought out. Not a terrible wait considering how busy they were – the orders I was behind were both large orders.
The restaurant is clean and from what I saw, the kitchen is too.
Pizza was really good – I like that the jalapeños added flavor but weren’t unbearably hot.
Pepperoni were delicious and spicy.
The crust is the perfect mix of crispy & soft.
Only deducted a star because of new business kinks to work out (& hopefully adding card transactions).
Will be back to try the salad bar for sure!

My husband and I were excited about a new pizza place in town. We wanted to compare Bankside and Pizza House. “Stick to what you know” is what should’ve come to our mind. We’re foodies and we love to try new things. However, next 2 days I was sick and unable to care for my child. I’m a stay at home mom. I’m useless if i can’t even care for my only child. Their mannerism towards new customers was terrible, my husband spoke to me about how he was treated when he walked in. Smelt like cigarettes because the workers carry the scent on them. Gross. Should’ve known. The chicken on our pizza was bad. I ate the most of it therefore I was the only person who got sick. And i paid the price heavily. This place should not be open. It’s surprising to see that they almost have five stars so I suspect their negative comments have been deleted. I’m only sharing my truthful and honest story of what occurred to myself so it would not be repeated. Thank you.

Went in on Monday for the lunch buffet. Salad bar and pizza was fantastic. Went back on Tuesday night for dinner. The pizza was again great. Service was outstanding! I recommend that you go there when you’re hungry for pizza. Look forward to trying their other selections!

I tried to call in my order this past week and was treated so disrespectfully by the girl that answered the phone. After I told her what pizza I wanted she asked for my name and number and then hung up on me! I wasn’t done ordering. I wanted bread sticks too! She was so hateful. I will never go back to this place. I called back and cancelled my pizza only order and asked her name. She said her name was Kayla and hung up on me again !!!
I hope Kayla’s parents don’t read reviews bc that girl needs an attitude adjustment. I was disappointed bc I really wanted that pizza, but I refuse to do business with these type of people. I’m sure she was just an employee and hopefully not the owner or manager, but it reflects on everyone and the business itself. Pizza House needs to pay close attention to the people they hire to represent their business… how about some mystery shoppers Pizza House??? Something in Diana needs to change starting with Miss Kayla !
