I’ve had plenty of issues with my orders being incorrect in the past, but for once i’m actually compelled to write a review. I paid extra for the deluxe sandwich only for the tomatoes to not be there at all, literally none of lettuce be on the actual sandwich all of it was just in the box, and then these sad excuses of bacon strips were cold and crunchy presumably at least a few hours old.

Some people can be rude. Recently saw a lady on her phone that was complaining about the staff right in front of them when they were clearly with another customer. Talk about Miss Self Centered lmao. Girl it’s McDonald’s. It’s not that deep. Staffs friendly and I’ve never had an issue with my order. Just like in every place, sometimes you have to have some patience. They’re teenagers after all. No one’s perfect.

I am always absolutely blown away by this location. I’m here twice a week in the morning and have never had anything but PHENOMENAL service. All the staff are kind and helpful. It’s always kept extremely clean. There is such beautiful diversity as well among staff. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences in this Sullivan, IL McDonalds. I don’t know who owns this directly, but these people deserve a raise and an award for the restaurant. I love this place!!!

To only accept bills 10 and below is ridiculous. Invest in counterfeit markers to check the bills. Don’t punish people for others wrong doings. I asked the employee why they don’t use the markers she stated

Inside doesn’t flow well, staff and kitchen is walled off and if they don’t have someone at the register you may have to yell to get there attention. They always fix my order when they mess it up

Service is friendly and nice! Also with people complaining about it taking forever and having to pull forward for drinks such as frappes, smoothies, etc..coming from someone who has experience working at a McDonalds, usually that occurs because the product needs restocked, and sometimes it takes several minutes to get it going! So please, just be patient, or leave. Any worker out there hates when people are rude over something THEY CAN NOT CONTROL! Anyways, in my opinion, this is for sure one of the best McDonalds around!
