Never coming back here again. So sad because I’ve been going here for the last 15 years now & now they’re under new ownership & it’s completely horrible service. Had an unpleasant experience with one of the owners who’s a woman with face piercings who started going off & being extremely rude all because I said i called in for a pick up and they said they don’t do that. She was so racist & rude & said it was busy when I was the only person at the restaurant besides 1 other person who was the color as her and she had no problem accommodating. So disappointing and sad especially because I’ve been going here since I was a kid and have ordered from her over a hundred times. Didn’t except to be treated like that neither when all I asked was a simple question. Sadly never going again here.

On top of that once we got the food it was absolutely disgusting. Super oily and gross and not even cooked property. I was speechless when I saw it and just ended up not even eating it after the first bite. Wasted my time & money.

Rustoni’s ownership and staff are much kinder & it’s a much better experience and quality of food.

Ordered a pizza tonight with wings,mozz sticks and chicken fingers. Pizza tasted like a reheated pie that’s been sitting out all day. The dough was very chewy and the cheese was rubbery. The wings were good and crunchy, mozz sticks were ok nothing special, tenders were dry. Not ordering from here again.

Let me say that pizza heaven has been by far my favorite for years!!!!! Until now!!! I moved out of state and made a special trip 2 hours away to get pizza heaven that used to be the best place around. Well it’s been 3 months since I moved I dove out there and let me tell you !!’ The owners are obviously different!!!! The sauce is different the crust is like store bought digornio pizza these odd crust that don’t crust and the sauce is gross I’m so disappointed I traveled 2 hours for my famous pizza heaven pizza!!!! The least they could have done was kept the same recipe!!!! Could have gotten the same pizza n Amy other state! It was not good at all!!!! Like I said I been loving pizza heaven for countless years and this was so disappointing I will never go back again! Next trip I’m planning 2 hours away will be to T.j’s pizza with a tavern pie!!! They will never disappoint!!!! Pizza heaven you should contact the old owners n get there recipe cause sorry but yours is gross!!!!! I can’t believe it didn’t even taste like jersey pizza! These guys have no clue what pizza should taste like! Trust me and if you don’t you will find out when you order a whole house of disappointment so sad and a waste of money

Came here after trying to grab a quick bite. Walked in and was greeted politely by the counter staff. I grabbed a sesame slice vodka and a garlic corner slice. Both were heated up nicely and as I was watching the hockey game I chatted with the owner. Big hockey fan and awesome to banter with about the NY Rangers stats and such. Pizza was crispy and warmed perfectly. I will definitely return here! Well worth it!

Local hidden pizza shop. Taste was good..tried Calzone(medium size) for first time and loved it, crust was thin and crispy. Will definitely try more things!

Crew was most welcoming and helpful, even let you make your own changes! Menu was big too!

Place was clean and seemed authentic Italian place. Will visit soon again!

Beyond disgusting. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. It came with iceberg lettuce and tomato??? The tiny bit of lettuce that was in it was mush and slimy and absolutely drenched in some type of dressing that was not Caesar. The chicken was a plain chicken breast. No seasoning. No salt no pepper nothing. Overcooked in what tasted like a microwave. Not grilled or anything. The entire thing was completely inedible and I don’t say that lightly. Absolutely disgusting.

I get their subs almost once a week and you can always find their pizza in my fridge. I’m not normally a pizza person but pizza heaven pizza is the exception. I’d recommend anything and everything on their menu.
