Imagine refusing service to a 13 year old who brought in a certificate for good grades. This is exactly what the owner at this pizza guys did. He told her to come back tomorrow before three. Don’t offer “free pizzas” if you are going to turn students away.

I have visited Pizza Guys many times, and every time they surprise me with special gifts and great offers. The service is excellent, and staff is very cooperative and friendly. I personally recommend this place.

This place has gone downhill in the last few years. Prices have gone up significantly, while service has become increasingly unreliable. As I sit here now I am waiting for delivery of a pizza I ordered almost two hours ago. Called half an hour ago and was told my order just went out and would be delivered in the next 10-15 minutes, but nobody showed up. Called again after 30 minutes and was told the same thing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Placed an order at 9:20 pm for delivery. I received a notification at 9:38pm that it was out for delivery with estimate delivery time of 9:43pm which was great news for me. However a delivery man did show up at that time but across the street to my brothers home he had also ordered pizza guys. I patiently wait thinking he has my order as well. He takes off to continue doing he’s job. At 10:30 pm a different delivery driver finally shows up with my order. Im thinking maybe they’re just super busy whatever im finally gonna get my food. He takes it out places it on top of the car then back inside the car and leaves. At which point I call them to ask if there was a problem with my order. Im on hold for like 10 min when the delivery guy finally shows up to actually delivery my order this time at 10:40pm at which point someone called back apologizing for the hold time on the phone. All i said, was there a problem with my order?never mind its here now. Seems he had forgotten the 2l Pepsi. The pizza was still lightly warm but the cheese waa stuck together and would slide off when i would try to pick up a slice resulting in a slice with only tomato sause no cheese no pepperoni. The final straw though was that i asked for Parmesan cheese and they only put red pepper in the bag with the napkins and plates.
Definitely the last time I order pizza guys.
