I ordered a “Surprise Bag” from Pizza for U via the TooGoodToGo app. To my surprise, this was my $21 worth of surprise. It is not breadsticks, There is no cheese on them, so it’s not like it is cheesy garlic bread. It came with no sauce. I am not sure what this even is, if you can actually order pizza crust wedges?

I placed an order for delivery and the guy asked for my address numerous times so I kept repeating the letters and numbers and it wasn’t clicking . Didn’t surprise me when the delivery driver called and said he couldn’t find my address . Because of course it was wrong. And because this guy couldn’t find my house, my beef pockets were cold and the cheese was hard. Oh and they charged me for 8 sauces instead of 4. You guys need better workers. Should’ve known to call on Larkin based on the stars. I usually trust Shorewood over Joliet but not anymore. Get it together .

We ordered delivery. Large pepperoni pizza and a large beef roll. Our first time ordering from Shorewood location and DEFINITELY OUR LAST! The beef and au jus was ice cold. The pizza was half slidden. Just a terrible experience. Joliet location blows this one away. What a shame i love pizza 4 u but not all locations are the same. And the pizza was burnt.

Ordered a Too Good To Go item. Drove in the snowstorm to get it and they were closed. Seriously?! You couldn’t have cancelled the order, like others did?

Beef roll on point for sure . Order w au shore and enjoy. Pizza isn’t special but adequate consistency and sauce is average. To go only – no sit down.

I’m 50/50 right now the guys are all really cool but on my last order the salad that I got was a family size salad thank God my kids didn’t eat it because the entire bottom of the salad was rotten… and when I called the manager on duty said he would pass it on to the owner, but I never got a response back , I love the crust on the pizza we love the calzone ..but when you get something rotten like that, someone obviously knew what they were doing and it was pretty disgusting!!! lettuce isn’t supposed to be black or dark brown… the top half was perfect green lettuce the bottom was like the lettuce that sits at the bottom of the bag and gets wet and dissolves it was pretty gross, I think I was more angry because I didn’t want my family members to get sick because of that, so I hope that the owner sees this and corrects the problem!!

Ordered today and got a pizza that looks like it was dropped. Inedible.
Thanks for the reply. We already called and the staff said they were going to send out the driver back to pick up the pizza. We left it on the front porch and it’s still there 3 hours later.
A short time after calling the restaurant they called my wife asking about a beef pocket delivery. When she told the guy that we didn’t order a beef pocket but we were waiting for the driver to pickup the messy pizza they were rude to her and got defensive stating they have a long list of things to worry about. Sure makes it seem like there’s alot of confusion at the restaurant and they’re taking the frustration out on customers.
Hi its 1/20/2024- two weeks after our order.
We called in to see the status on our refund and was told that there is still a long list of customers waiting for refunds that have not been processed and to call back another time.
How do I get in contact with the owner? It’s pretty ridiculous that not even the transaction has been refunded. I understand it takes a while for banks (usually 3 to 5 business days) to process the refund- but it’s pretty sad of here there’s a long list of customers also waiting for refunds.

I have been ordering beef pockets and ham pockets for at least ten years and been pleased with the quality. Today although pleased with the quality of the beef pocket, the ham pocket came up short. As the photos detail, only two very thin slices of ham across the whole pocket. Not what we have previously experienced. Unless the recipe has changed, today was not a good value. Disappointed!

The owner disputes an advertising of a price and charges more then advertising claiming that two toppings turns into a more expensive pizza due to double topping of chicken???
I wasn’t told during the phone order of the increase in price either…
Never was told this on the phone because the employee was confused from the start of the order…(Needs to go to school)
