Pizza Fiesta in downtown Pittsburgh absolutely exceeded my expectations! I called the night before to place a large order for the next day at noon, and Meliha took incredible care of me from start to finish. She was kind, patient, and so helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The pizza was phenomenal! Fresh, flavorful, and delivered right on time. Best of all, it arrived hot and ready to serve, which is not always easy with a big order. Every slice was delicious, and everyone loved it!

Gave me the wrong dressings . I order a carry out I got to the store about 15 minutes after ordering and the pizza was cold . Tasted like they made it 3-4 hours ago. I order from here at least once a month but this time it was super disappointing.

Poor quality pizza, inconsistent, poor customer service outside of the owner or manager named Beck. I spoke with (who I believe was a worker named jasmine), on the night I provided feedback about my pizza being inedible & the fact that the poor quality pizza looked as if it was kicked/shaken/flipped around upon delivery. Also didn’t receive correct toppings. She laughed upon my complaint. I was told they were closing as she attempted to rush me off the phone. Ultimately I demanded a refund. The quality of pizza has been inconsistent and poor quality as a regular/loyal customer. Photos provided. Don’t waste your time here tons of other pizza shops downtown. They don’t value loyal customers. Wondering how clean this establishment actually is. I was terrified to eat this pizza.

EVERY TIME I come here my food is soooo good!!!!! Cooked to perfection! I like their pizza and I LOVE the wings! Garlic parm being my favorite! They are fresh and fried hard every single time! Best pizza place !! Don’t walk, run here NOW!!!!

I ordered my pizza then told the staff member I’d be back in 10 minutes. Went to another shop to pass time, then came back and the staff member remembered my order. Upon me reentering the pizzeria, he yelled out “4 more minutes! It’s in the oven”. I felt comfortable in knowing he had my order correct.
We got a meat lovers and a spinach and feta. DELICIOUS. will order again from here.
