So I live in Stevens County, but go to Deer Park for some shopping. We were craving Pizza or soup from Yoke’s market. Well we decided on Pizza and walked into the Pizza Factory. It immediately reminded me of growing up going to birthday parties at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor! I loved the atmosphere right away, no pressure to order but everything is on display and the menu is clear on what you can order. but let me tell you what you have to order, the amazing BREADSTICKS! OMG! I have never tasted such, fresh, light, airy breadsticks! I think they just made them! Then our pizza came and it was delicious! I know I sound dramatic, but let me tell you from a foodie, I miss some good variety of food, I miss great atmospheres where it feels like such a lucky treat to go, like when you were a kid! Worth the stop and right off the highway

I brought my family to the Pizza Factory at Deer Park for the first time and was very happy with great customer service and the pizza was top notch! Best pizza I have had in a very long time. We ordered the supreme style, pepperoni, plain cheese pizzas and breadsticks and all did not take very long to arrive! The atmosphere was very pleasant as well. All were excellent! Thank you! we will be back soon!

Very disappointed. We reserved the private room for a family function, and verified the reservation in person a few days prior. When we arrived, they were putting a different group in the room. After speaking to a staff member who was unable to assist, the manager offered a brief and unhelpful “sorry we double booked it” with no attempt at resolving the issue. We were told we could take a table in the general area, but no staff offered to help rearrange tables or provide menus. We ended up calling around and finding open space at a different restaurant that treated us very kindly. The manager finally called us approximately 90 minutes later to attempt apologizing, but by then we were already eating elsewhere.

Ordered take out for Sunday night football food, and what a nightmare, called back and hour later, and they had us down for pickup, we clearly stated delivery. We asked for a new pie, NOT the one that sat the entire time we were waiting. They assured us we would have a new pizza. 30 minutes later a delivery driver arrives, with the old pizza!! UGH!!! At this point everyone was hungry and ticked off and literally had to eat some shoe leather. Needless to say it will be a while before I order from these guts again.

Purchased 3 calzones. One was supposed to have Alfredo sauce, the other 2 with marinara sauce. None of them had any sauce. Worst calzones I’ve ever had.My family and I will NEVER go to the Pizza Factory again. I wouldn’t recommend them to an ant, much less a human. For those of you who enjoy their food, you need to get out more

Service is going down hill .I went into to place to order was told it would be faster for delivery, perfect. After 35 min I call the “manager ” answers “hi” no name have to ask for his name . Proceeds to tell me he took pizza out of oven himself after telling him not only is it cold but 35 min late . The cheese isn’t even melted and you are telling me it’s hot better yet looks like it was sitting for a bit because lettuce and tomatoes are soggy. Steve I sure hope you see the reviews because deer park is growing fast and for a $40 pizza I sure hope you have higher standards for staff,customer service and quality!!!!! I don’t order here often and will gladly make the drive to spokane for good service above anything else.

This pizza puts other joints like Pizza Hut or Domino’s to shame! It’s more costly but, you get what you pay for!! Mmmmm… You can try multiple kinds of pizza with their pizza bar and a good salad bar too!

The crust is absolutely amazing! We had the all meat pizza and loved the real cheese and fantastic quality of toppings. Nothing fake here! Very friendly staff and a nice little salad bar with everything you need for a great chef’s salad. Family friendly atmosphere with sports playing on the TVs and lots if space to eat.
