The Invisible Dude
I recently tried the pizza from Pizza Factory and was extremely impressed. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the veg and pepperoni pizza. The service was also excellent – the staff was friendly and the pizza was ready for pickup in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pizza Factory for anyone in the area looking for delicious, high-quality pizza.

Consistent pizza, if you like raw dough.
First go around we ordered an XL Hawaiian and some cinnamon sticks. There was raw dough from the center to the crust. The sticks were under baked as well, halfway through they were raw dough. I figured we’d give the new crew some grace, it’s not often you get a properly cooked XL due to the sheer size of the pie.
A few weeks later and we just ordered this medium pepperoni. When I called in the order I specifically asked for the pie to be cooked well-done. The clerk stated, “all of our pizza is cooked well-done” in a matter of fact tone. I insisted for our order to be well done since the last was raw and was assured this one would be fully cooked.
The underside of the pizza is cooked, the top is great, but half the dough is still undercooked and raw.
The email response I got from this location said “we’re following our standard dough ball size and cook times”. I’d look in to that, something in your process is inconsistent.
Hopefully y’all get better pizzas then we did.

Pretty decent pizza and surprisingly good sandwiches. Run by a squad of younger guys who sometimes forget to check the front lobby but having worked at Papa John’s during Operation Extra Olives, they’re basically Michelin chefs by comparison.
Overall, solid food for deals.

I have had pizza from this place many times at this point. The pizza has been constantly delicious and perfectly cooked every time. All the ingredients taste fresh and the pizza sauce has a special flavor that is different than any other place that I have been at. The breadsticks are just as awesome. The service is exceptional and fast. I would come here everyday if I could. Give this place a try! You will not regret it!

Excellent, delicious pizza at an affordable price. I paid $28 for a large size combo pizza (it has 7 toppings) and the pizza was delicious, crust was cooked wonderfully and the toppings all tasted very fresh. It easily fed all four of us with a couple slices left over. Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had from a pizza chain.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza from this place. I have tried several flavor combinations and thought they were all well made and full of flavor. I appreciated how there wasn’t too much oil on the pizza, so it didn’t feel unhealthy. The dough for the pizza and breadsticks was also just the way I like it. I was amazed at the excellent service I received from the staff and everything was made and delivered in a timely manner. I definitely recommend giving the place a try!!

This is the freshest, non-greasy pizza I’ve ever had! With other pizzas (and I mean literally every other pizza, including frozen or take n’ bake pizzas), I usually need to take at least 2 paper towels, fold them over, and press down on the pizza. In seconds, tons of grease soaks through the paper towels and I repeat the process until it stops soaking through. The first time we ordered from Pizza Factory, I got out my paper towels as usual, pressed down, and… nothing. I picked the paper towel back up off the pizza, there was a couple of very faint spots that I had to look for to find, that was it. I was pleasantly shocked! Then wondered if it would taste as good – well not to worry, it tastes even better. Our second time ordering from Pizza Factory, I had the same result – the non-greasy pizza was not a fluke! I don’t know what they do to keep it so fresh, but I hope they never change a thing. 🙂 Oh, and they do much more than pizza – the pastas, breadsticks, desserts… those are all really good too. I just can’t get over the greaseless pizza! This is definitely my new go-to place on the Ridge. 🙂
