Super sweet kid & my coffee is always like I want it & I’ve been to several Dunkin’s this is the only store that gets right every single time. Great service & coffee.

Recently service has went was down. My food was waiting at my scheduled pick up time but my drip coffee wasn’t. Make that make sense. I get that they are busy but that is the whole reason I pre-order. It was like they weren’t making any drink for anyone until the person showed up.

It took some time to place and get our order, but the staff was quite friendly. Everything was prepared correctly. Nice variety of items. Good coffee!! Great donuts!! Clean inside. Plenty of parking.

The person who took my order was nice, enthusiastic, polite. However got FREEZING cold snackin bacon asked for them to warm it up some, and the “manager” nick made it a huge thing gave me attitude showed how agitated he was and continued to state how they are supposed to be room temp which is what i was asking for…. Not freezing bacon. The worker who took my order apologized for his behavior!! Nasty behavior to treat a customer and even more nasty to have to have one of your employees apologize for your behavior! Do better..

We wanted an ice vanilla latte and a brown sugar espresso we got an iced vanilla milk and a unsweetened espresso. Also the lady the took my order at the window need to learn about what customers service is. All around bad experience.

I go to Dunkin every day & have watched a lot of staff come and go! This morning the place was packed and Chadwick was amazing! He was making sure to greet everyone and making sure the lobby and drive through were moving! He deserves some praise for his hard work!

I’ve had a few random stops going thru here and the experience seems to vary greatly depending upon who is the staff at time. Usually however, they seem to be operating efficiently. Later in the day they may be out some items that you wanted. Other issues may include difficulty in using the register or answering basic questions about the products. The food is mostly unhealthy, and the coffee what you might expect from a chain location. But for what it offers, this is a better provision compared to many other places.

The ladies that work here are always so sweet. My kids sometimes take a few seconds longer to decide what they want or if they want a donut that is sold out we have to pick a diff choice and the staff are always so patient and quick to offer a different option. I will say coming to this location always brightens our day and you are appreciated! Thank you!

WiFi is not working yet, but everything else is!!!! Had lunch here today. Had the “Big toaster” it was two slices of toast, two fried eggs, a wad of bacon and a slice of cheese. Very filling! I also had a carmel cappuccino, it was pretty good. As a note, their coffee is usually under sweet, I always ask for a bit more sugar, I would add it myself but for some reason they do not have condiments out for the customers. I know weird huh?
