Tonight, I ordered two medium pizza’s and breadsticks from Pizza Factory. When I went to bite into the breadsticks, I found that they were hard as a hockey puck and not edible. I tried pulling a piece in half and it took everything I had to pull it apart. The crust of both pizza’s were the same way, and each pizza contained at most 1/4 a cup of sauce. When I called back to tell the manager what we were delivered, I found out that there is “one cup” of sauce on each pizza. The crust and breadsticks tasted like cardboard and the pizza had little to no flavor. The lady on the phone said that she looked at the pizza before it left and she saw nothing wrong with it. I asked to speak to a manager, and at that point she said she was the owner. I proceeded to ask her for a refund and she said that she would not be able to do a refund, but that she would remake the pizza’s and send the driver out with the new ones and to take the original delivery back. About ten minutes later, I received a call from the owner, stating that it would not be feasible for her to remake the pizza and send her driver back out. She proceeded to offer me a 50% refund rather than remaking the pizza’s or giving a full refund. I took that as an insult, especially after she already told me that she would remake the pizza’s.

The pizza crust is enough to make you run for the hills. I have never experience burnt and chewy before. And I got the buffet so it was from about 5 different pizzas. Worst pizza I ever had. You’re better off with frozen pizza

The owner of the Pizza Factory in Oak Harbor is extremely rude! I don’t know how anyone can stay in business when they treat their customers so poorly. I will definitely be going elsewhere where my business is appreciated. I feel sorry for her employees and hope they are not treated in the same manor.

Horrible customer service from the owner. He hung up on me when I was trying to change and order and was very unprofessional and rude when I called back. I will never give this business my money ever again.
