Get pizza almost every tuesday and its always been fine. However, these last few times have been atrocious. Whos cutting these pizzas and bread? Why is the top left slice of the steak a quarter of the pizza? Everything the last few weeks looks like they have 5 year olds cutting pizzas for their first time, disappointing. For reference for the bread the part thats obviously cut i did myself, the left side is their poor excuse for a cut

First, the pizza was great. What wasn’t great, was their app. I ordered my pizza through their app. I KNOW which store I selected, because it’s close to home. Somehow, my order got transferred to a store 15 miles away. The guy at the store told me they were having problems for days. Well, FIX IT!

I love Marcos, but the pizza made tonight was awful and it didn’t have to be. Your toppings are delicious yet they were dumped on top of the pizza uncooked and the melted cheese underneath??? Why? I’ve worked in the industry and I know what it takes to get quality service&food in quick time. The delivery was pretty fast for a Friday so no complaints there. However your website says I registered for a rewards account on the 9th, tomorrow and obviously it’s the 8th so 0 rewards for my order which was a so called deal Medium spec. 12.99 and yet I was charged 17.20. 4.99 delivery plus tip, plus 4$ more than advertised deal! I literally Never complain about my food orders but like I said tonights unnecessary mistakes could have been avoided with an extra minute or two of just making a fresh pizza. And I’d like my rewards for the order I paid for. Thank you

This was my first time ordering from Marco’s in about a year and I remember it being better. I ordered the new breadsticks and was pretty excited for some classic plain breadsticks. What I got looked nothing like the picture, was flatter than their pizza crust, and burnt. It looks like someone was practicing and this was their first attempt.

We ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico from the menu. Some of the flimsiest, wettest pizza we’ve ever ordered. I’m not sure if it was because of the amount of pepperonis on it or what but there was a pool of grease on the pizza. We thought they used cheddar cheese because of how orange the grease made it look. Had to use a stack of napkins before we could eat. We ended up eating just the crust after a few slices and considered it a loss after eating what we did in the photo. This review would have been one star had it not been for the crust on the pizza and the cheese bread we ordered, both of which were pretty good. Just really disappointed with the main item we ordered.

I love giving out 5 stars where I feel 5 stars are due. Very rarely will I give below a five. Marco’s pizza ( this location ) has always greeted me when I went in and would always bid a farewell.
