Placed order by phone. Person handling my order was abrupt in handling my call, she was rushed, unfriendly, hard to understand I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, 3 interruptions and I was placed on hold 2 times. Didn’t say thank you! I enjoy giving good ratings when it is deserved, but this was not a good experience. I’m a normal customer too.

The service here is terrible, if the manager thinks he can act like an entitled brat by yelling and screaming at his guests; who only came to speak calmly over a simple misunderstanding on an order. Which could have been easily resolved. Right off the bat the Owner, himself, wants to start a yelling contest suddenly. Such a power hungry, little man trying to intimidate his guests speaks volumes to the treatment of staff, guests and overall outlook of how this owner likes to run his business. Never coming here again.

I never had an issue with Pizza Factory in any city or town. But this one in particular. I SIMPLY CAN NOT BELIEVE THE WAY THE OWNER SPOKE TO MY WIFE OVER THE PHONE. He needs to improve his service if he wants customers to come back. Keep the money if you are that greedy. Ricos pizza across the 99 just got a new customer in Hughson.
