I went here with family, and I asked for the salad, vegetables were not fresh, manager was not friendly, i want to buy a soda bottle and they told me I can’t drink it there or eat in this place. They make u to buy separate drinks witch cost $3 each . There is not any can trash,
It’s much better buy ur pizza and take it home, make ur own salad it would be cheaper

I have been frequently dining here for years while doing my laundry. The pizza and employees have always been respectful and courteous. Today I met the owner and had a completely different experience. He was rude to the point I walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Just had a delivery this evening. The food was good as always but the delivery was a little off putting. The driver sent me multiple messages to come down to get my order due to the fact that driver couldn’t bring up my order since she had her baby was in her car. WTH. I ordered my order from the restaurant website. Not a 3rd party. It is very concerning that the delivery driver is taking her baby to deliveries and is on the clock for the restaurant. After all my years in the restaurant business this seems wrong.

I came home expected a flavourful pizza with a balance of ingredients. I realized after the first bite that the sauce was bland and the fact that there was way too much onions and pepper I couldn’t even taste the pepperoni. There was alot sausage but still no flavor. My roomate was trying to buy from Dutchman pizza but used Doordash . We were both extremely thankful thought for the service and prompt response from pizza factory the staff was not the issue by any means. This review is solely about the quality of this pizza .Save money go-to lil ceasers. Want a awesome pizza go to Dutchmans it’s across the street or Pinocchio pizza across town . We ordered by mistake and trust we learned our lesson guarantee we will never have this pizza in this house.

I’ll be honest…I had never heard of this place until tonight….I got in the mood for pizza and ordered from doordash.. I was very pleased with my order and how absolutely terrific this pizza was. The crust was thick but not too thick, and had a nice crisp but not overdone. The sauce had a hint of spice but just the right amount and wasn’t overbearing. They provided a healthy amount of each topping I selected and they all were fresh and delicious. The cheese amount was also perfect. I’ll definitely order again. Thanks Pizza Factory!

Kinda on the pricey side… XL one topping was on “special” for about $23 or so, yet somehow my total ended up being almost 50 bucks for that plus an order of bread sticks and 2 drinks
Aside from that, I have zero complaints. Employees were friendly and attentive, dining area and restrooms were sparkling clean, the food was DELICIOUS, as it always is @ Pizza Factory. Overall we had a great time and definitely will be returning (when budget allows for it!)

Maybe it was the time of day I went, but my husband and I were the only people in the whole restaurant. Totally, empty. Customer service was friendly and casual. The food was okay, having ordered to small pizzas each with two types of topping. One chicken Alfredo, one bbq chicken, one Hawaiian, and I don’t remember the last one. All pizza types tastes pretty average, not really delicious or super flavorful. Whole experience was meh. Oh, and the bathrooms didn’t have any toilet paper. Not a big deal.
