The pizza was good as was the salad. Wish there was a meat to put on the salad, like ham. The owner was very nice as was the servers. Didn’t take too long for the pizza t be done, but do expect a short wait, especially if it is busy!

It was my first time trying pizza factory and it was great! Our family had a combo calzone, fettuccine Alfredo, cheese bread, and the meatball sandwich….everything was hot and amazing! It was clean and everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. I will be going back to try other things.

The best pizza I’ve had in a long time will definitely be back so worth the 40 min drive. Toppings are fresh sauce is delicious. We got XL Awesome Combo and bread sticks which had the perfect amount of garlic seasoning not to mention soft on the inside.

It’s OK pizza it’s convenient and close so yea for the money I’d rather get cheaper pizza plus they will waste your time like they did with me . I ordered and went even after the time they said to show up and they still didn’t start my order . Mind 4 people in the back just chit chatting doing nothing . When I walk up to pick up they said it’s going to be “like” 10 min because they never started my order . I could find better places that want to serve me this place is ran very unprofessional and it’s below mediocre as far as pizza goes .

If you’re not familiar with the area, input the address manually. Whoever designed the web page has the address link incorrectly. Google maps will take you to Domino’s on Shaw and Minnewawa. The email confirmation gave the same wrong Google link. I get crippling anxiety when I don’t know where I’m going. I’m not familiar with the area and this really messed me up.
But the manager was very accommodating and understanding. I showed her the links that I saw and received. Showing her I was set up for failure. I know she didn’t design the website to give me false directions but I appreciated being heard and validated in my frustration and embarrassment. It being National Pizza Day I could see they were busy but that didn’t stop her from helping me and making my experience better. She gave my son and I sodas and pizza with our order, which I greatly appreciated.
Their store wasn’t the problem but the manager made it good on the situation. I now know how to get there and will continue business at that location.

Once a month, my wife has the pizza, and I have the Calzone. Yummy stuff!!!! Delivery is always quick and very polite and friendly.
