I have eaten from this store multiple times with mixed experiences, nothing crazy but a few missed items on occasion. A couple of months ago I placed a take-out order through their website which I was told would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up to pick up at 20 minutes, and discovered that the manager had cancelled the order because they thought it was a fake name? I didnt get a call or any warning. I refused to re-order because it is absurd and left to buy from pizza hut across the street. I wont be back, there are too many options for bad pizza in maple valley to deal with this.

After we were quoted $99 for two pizzas we were transferred to a store manager who quoted us the correct price and then after trying multiple credit cards and realizing it was their machines kindly gave us a discount which was greatly appreciated. However, when the pizzas were delivered they were destroyed.

This location is stunningly amazing! Not only was the pizza made with the care and understanding of what a pizza lover wants, but the customer service is top notch! There was a mistake with our wings, my girlfriend doesn’t do bone in or spicy, and that is what I ordered for myself. The flavors we ordered were flipped, when I called the woman I talked to was not only empathetic to the situation, but made it right by sending a new set of wings quickly, on a much busier than usual night. A+ to the team working this Friday night. I will be ordering from here again!

The staff are so nice and friendly, they always greet me by name and when I placed an order at the wrong location they canceled it for me and made me a new one for free. They are always positive and I feel great every time I leave. Thanks Papa John’s 🙂

I came to pick up my pizza last night at 8pm on Sept 9th. The employees said 5 min
They then left. They turned off the lights in the store to appear closed and left me sitting there for 20 min
I called the store and they picked up and hung up. I did this 4 times. I then proceeded to walk into their backroom and found them huddled up together doing God knows what. I said how much longer? The pizza was sitting on the rack ice cold. One kid with short blonde hair got up angrily. He said nothing to me. He boxed it up, put it on a white table and walked away saying nothing. The door dash customer was informed of this situation also.
After dropping off the order I get a call from the customer who said the order was wrong and doordash would be refunding her order. The blonde boy and girl last night need to be trained in customer service.

Naomi is a great manager she makes a excellent pizza an works very hard and should get a pay raise for all her hard work Naomi does.
We where regular customers an we all most left because of orders not being right from the phone order option till we talked to Naomi she made it right.
An Now we will only order Thru Naomi because she doesn’t mess up the order that’s Why we stayed with you ☺️

Don’t normally leave reviews but I feel bad for these guys since all the one star reviews seem to be either lies or a misunderstanding of how the pizza business works these days…half the time it’s not even them delivering now but Uber/Grubhub/DoorDash so when your pizza disappears the driver took it not Papa John’s. Also what kind of person leaves a review of Papa John’s as a company on a franchisees google maps profile? Don’t leave bad reviews for a pizza company you don’t like just because you don’t like them you weirdos.
That said only issue I’ve ever had was getting pizzas with almost no sauce which was quickly and easily fixed with a credit for the next order. Every other time has been fast prompt and delicious.
