Stopped by for a quick bite while charging my car on the way to Vegas. It took about 25 minutes for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. Fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. Great stop if you’re not in a rush!

Our family comes to the Hesperia pizza factory often. The whole staff is great but Alyssa is always so friendly and really takes our families gluten allergies seriously. Pizza Factory is my go-to spot! The staff, especially Brandon L., are incredibly friendly and respectful. He’s always attentive, professional, and welcoming. I generally eat really healthy. But today, i wanted pizza. And not just any pizza. If I’m going to break my carb limit, I’m gonna do it eating something fantastic. This is absolutely amazing pizza! Hands down best pizza in the desert. Look at that meat! Look at that stuffed crust! Look at that cheese pull! You get what you pay for $$$. Stop buying that nasty pizza on the cheap and treat your palette to pizza that’s worth the extra few bucks.

Great food but the place was filthy dirty. Girl who works there was sitting in a booth the whole time we were there, about an hour. She should’ve been cleaning. Floors were gross and the trash containers were so gross (as pictured), I didn’t even want to toss my trash. And the soda machine had something hanging off it with duck tape. Such a shame!

The whole place is sooo dirty. Built up grime over a very long period of time. The seats are gross. The salad bar was very old and everything left in it was definitely not from that day. The pizza sauce was so thick and gross. The cheese was hard to chew. The plates are so old and gross. One employee, chubby girl had a rude snarky attitude and was clearly annoyed by having 2 customers. Even the kids refused to eat the pizza which is crazy bad! Expensive and doesn’t taste like Pizza Factory. Definitely avoid!
