I ordered from Pizza Factory in Payson for delivery. Great experience. Easy to order on the phone, quick delivery, and good customer service. The pizza was so good. It was a lousy week, no car (in the shop), and I was a little moody. The food and service was just what I needed. Thank you Pizza Factory and staff for making my day better.

In Payson for a few days to get away from the valley, and whenever I travel I make it a point to support locally owned businesses.
We ordered pizza and wings for dinner, and the pizza was excellent—balanced sauce, a great crust with just the right amount of chew, and plentiful toppings. We chose spinach and tomato and loved having the option of hot or cold tomatoes. The boneless wings were good also but honestly nothing note worthy.
We ordered for pickup, and upon arrival were greeted with a warm smile and genuinely friendly service. It’s no wonder they’ve been in business for 40 years.
We’ll definitely order again the next time we’re in the area.

So Friday March 28th, we took the kids in and got two of their “specials.” One two topping pizza and 10 boneless wings $38.30. the pizzas were fantastic, however The boneless wings were the worst I’ve ever seen!
Even when I called to place the order, the girl that I spoke with didn’t even know if the special came with one or two toppings, so we just drove over there to order in person! We do not recommend and we will not be going back! When you spend $80 plus dollars on a meal you would expect it to be at least decent!
I changed my review, because the management did make it right and the replacement wings were perfect and absolutely amazing! Thank you!!!

I almost avoided this place but glad I didn’t I’ve had pizza factory before in other cities and they’ve always been just your average chain not worthy of more than 3 stars, but THIS location actually knows how to cook the pizza. Perfect caramelization of the toppings and a crust with crunch yet chewy. The pepperoni has a little more spice to it than what my kids prefer but they actually ate the crust so that tells you how good it was. This shows that using the same ingredients but with some pride and talent can make a WORLD of a difference in taste. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely come back. Keep up the good work and pride in your product!

This was our second visit to pizza factory, the first time about a week ago. The pizza was one of the best we’ve ever had. We got the awesome combo with no olives and no green peppers, but add mushrooms and it was awesome so we came back this time and got the same awesome combo With no peppers and no olives, but add extra mushrooms and add garlic. Couple problems with the pizza first off the pepperoni as you can see in the picture was up on top and was crispy. I’ve never had pizza with pepperoni put up on top like that. It’s always been next to the sauce. The other thing was somehow ham got added to our pizza and my wife doesn’t like ham she had to pick it off and there were extra mushrooms, but garlic wasn’t added, which is the reason for my two star review instead of a five star had the pizza bin as good as last time it would’ve been a five star
Finally, the response to my review was very dissapointing, I doubt we will come back at all.

I went there when I was up in Payson a few months ago and man is it delicious!! It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had I wish they had some of those places down here in Surprise Arizona!!! Excellent pizza taste and atmosphere and the service was great too!!! Thank you!!! ☮️❤️ ️

Took a grandson for pizza tonight. He wanted pepperoni with extra cheese. He said is was the best pizza ever! The hubby and I shared a factory special and loved it. Crust is great, toppings are fresh and plentiful. We loved it.
