Great place for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We have come many times just me and my husband or large groups and truly enjoyed it.
The Veg Biryani was another highlight – fragrant, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with fresh vegetables and aromatic basmati rice. It wasn’t overly spicy but still packed with flavor.
The atmosphere at Persis was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and courteous. My food arrived promptly, and the portions were generous. The only minor drawback was that I found some dishes slightly on the oilier side, but overall, it didn’t take away from the taste or experience.
If you’re a fan of vegetarian Indian cuisine, Persis Indian Grill is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back to try more dishes from their menu!
Both dishes were very flavor. The Vindaloo was extra spicy! Not sure if they could have toned it down but it wasn’t offered.
Service was good and the waiter kept the water coming. Highly recommend
The biryani was flavorful, though the fried onions were a bit chewy. The dal was excellent, and the naan was soft and fresh. The kaju curry tasted good, but it had fewer cashews than expected—however, the staff was kind and brought more when we mentioned it.
Overall, the food was tasty and the experience was pleasant.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I should share the terrible experience I had here was so bad that I felt compelled to speak up. The biryani was absolutely horrible and completely unacceptable. It was very obvious that the food was not fresh and had been reheated in a microwave. The top layer was hot but not the bottom part, which clearly shows careless preparation.
The meat pieces were of very poor quality—dry, rubbery, and definitely not fresh. The taste was awful, and the texture made it impossible to enjoy even a few bites. The fried onions were another disappointment: soggy, stale, and tasting old. Nothing about this dish felt freshly made or authentic.
This was hands down the worst biryani I have ever eaten. I just hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of the food. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food like this.
“Don’t serve food if it’s not fresh.”
