Updated 1.27.26: Yet another awesome dinner dining in! House mom was craving pizza and salad so we drive the 35 minutes to our favorite Pizza Factory. Half way through it drive we called in part of our order.
When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy but the take-outs were steady the whole time we were there! Went up to the order counter to let them know we arrived for our 3 small pizzas and bread sticks and to additionally order drinks, a salad, and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.
Pizza-wise we got: a sun-dried pesto garlic, a classic pepperoni, and a veggie no mushrooms. Our pizzas were oven hot and all delicious. Pizza sticks were great too and I really enjoyed my broccoli cheddar soup–it was really cheesy!
The young ladies working tonight did a fabulous job and always do! We’ve never had a bad experience, making it a consistent favorite.
1.1.24: I recently moved to Idaho and came to this nearby town to check-out this pizza spot. The inside of the restaurant was fun and had lots of art on the walls. It’s pretty cool they support local artists. We ordered cheesy bread and a lumberjack pizza. The cheesy bread arrived piping hot, super cheesy, and really tasty. The marinara dipping sauce was so good and paired better than the ranch. However, the ranch was delicious and didn’t have that overly thick mayo taste. The fresh lumberjack pizza arrived shortly after and was visually beautiful packed with lots of meat and toppings. The cook on the crust was the best! It had a good crispy bottom crust but at the same time it was soft. Service was awesome and the pizza makers working tonight did a great job. I will definitely be making this pizza spot my go-to.

Great stop. Smelled amazing at we walked through the door. Placed order and pizza didn’t take long. Employees were busy making pizzas and what a great pizza it was. Definitely a stop on our next travel near here.

We were in town for one night at a motel so we ordered an large pizza for delivery. It was the best pizza that I’ve had in years, the vegetables tasted like they were fresh from the garden. Glad we got the extra large as we ate the rest on the road the next day. Will definitely order from there the next time we are in town. Didn’t go in so can’t speak to atmosphere. Delivery was prompt, the driver was pleasant and the pizza was hot.

Food is okay if they can get it right. I’ve had many orders come incorrect and when I claim it’s not what you asked for they said they “always” do it right. This is a pepperoni and black olive pizza slize, notice anything missing?

This is a mixed review. For the past five orders that we have placed, the pizza has been subpar at best. Ordered the Big-R, my go to, with thin crispy crust. Received completely the opposite. Some gooey, soggy, grotesque stuff. Ordered Buffalo wings, Spicy Buffalo Wings. Received BBQ wings one time and plain Buffalo wings the next. It’s kinda sad that I won’t even consider ordering pizza from here anymore. Still order a calzone, but with much less frequency. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. 33.17 for a small calzone and a small order of wings. They have a 2.00 fee for using a debit card. Really sad that Pizza Factory in St. Maries, ID has resorted to the garbage fees and the quality is suffering as bad as it is. With the increased cost and garbage fees the quality should improve. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but you’re losing business.

Only 8pm and salad bar closed. The girl in charge when I tried to tell her about our last visit was rude and very argumentative. Last visit they made a complete mess of our pizza. They touch food without washing hands after touching money, I have witness this more than one visit. Really sad because it wasn’t always like this. Would not have gave this review only that the girl in charge us something else. She claims to have wirked here 11 years. So she should really know better and how to treat customers. I will be contacting the owner tomorrow.

Only pizza place in town, so this is the only pizza choice.. not to impressed lately . So my night off from cooking was dry hardly any toppings, lil to no sauce. Family complained, and there went my nice no cooking dinner evening. Come on, guys, I know you can do better. On a good note, the kids who work there are super nice and do work hard.

It’s a pizza chain- not much to write home about. There are always younger, friendly employees working hard and that’s always good to see! I’ve never NOT liked their pizza- I don’t like my body after it’s had the pizza! I seem to always get pretty bad bubble guts after eating so I limit to maybe one pizza every few months. I will say the reason I only gave it 4 stars was because of an interaction I witnessed between a young employee and the manager (owner). It wasn’t pleasant and should have been done a lot more quietly and in private, not in front of his fellow employees.
