Probably the best Dunkins in town. Even when the line of cars is long, the wait is generally not that bad. The few times ive gone inside, the staff has always been friendly and professional.

This is by far the worst location of dunkin. Incompetent employees often ignore me in the lobby. I have never once got my order correct from this location. Close the doors to this one and go up the street. It’s not worth it.not to mention the parking lot and how no one knows how to park in a single spot. Honestly your better off getting Starbucks than coming to this location. The only single thing they do right is clean the counters because the floors look like trash, barrels are overflowing in the lobby. Newly renovated but the service got worse.

We usually go around 6pm after jujitsu, my son always asks for a coolatta and every single time we get the same response without failure “my frozen machine is off for cleaning.” But they close at 11. I’ve worked in the food industry for 20+ years and never in my life did I shut a machine off during business hours, especially 5 whole hours before closing time. New store, lazy employees.

Very disappointed with the new breakfast wraps, nothing like the photos. 1 star for being impressed that they got the mush to stay inside the wrap, and 1 star for the impressive splatter it made when I threw it out my car window after the first bite. This dunkin also said they could not make a hot latte for me so maybe I’m just hangry but it was an all around terrible experience. Sad when cumberland farms across the street outperforms breakfast.

Drive thru window is run by a crack team. Line may look long, but do they move with a friendly manner, knowing regular customers.
Food is top notch and rarely are errors made.
Inside is immaculate including tables, fireplace area and rest rooms.

I really appreciate when I order a frosted donut because the workers here decide to always put it frosting down. It’s great I get no frosting on my frosted donut. Exactly what I wanted. That’s why I ordered it. Thanks.

This is probably hands down the best dunkin in the area. Morning pick ups are fast and accurate. It’s a well run location.

Worst experience ever. I went to this location on Christmas day, I waited for over an hour in line due to the facts the lobby wasn’t open. After getting to the order screen I waited 20 minutes and not even a “I will be right with you” or any greeting at all. After all that wait I finally left. Not a single person was being served, no workers were near the window. I mean if you are going to have this location open for holidays at least serve the customers. If you don’t want to serve the customers close the location for the holidays.

Waited for someone to take my order,once they finally came on there was no greeting,just ” what can I get for you”. I told them I had a mobile I entered in the app,I pulled forward to the window and they all just stared at me like I ordered tacos or something. I said,Hi,I have the mobile order for Christina C and blank stares again. You really need to have managers on shift at all times. Not going back.
