Me and my partner ordered from this establishment for dinner. We ordered 1 large pepperoni, a cheese steak, an order of fried mushrooms that comes with marinara sauce, and an order of cheese fries. The total cost was $45. The mushrooms were very plain, as if anyone can make it at home. The pizza dough was very soft and yummy. The cheese steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. The cheese fries were good, although the cheese was ordinary. Overall great food. I would order again.

I am usually a very ” layed” back person, since I moved to Hamilton N.J. 5 years ago, I’ve been ordering from PIZZA EXPRESS @ 101 S. OLDEN AVE ., TRENTON N.J. 08609; BUT only thier tunafish subs [ I’VE LEARNED ITS THE ONLY ITEM ON THEIR MENU THATS WORTH EATING, THE ONLY ONE FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.]

This is their “cheesesteak hoagie with the works” when expressing this issue on the phone, the MANAGER and I were arguing for about 15 minutes. She laughed on the phone about it and told me to wait a day for the money to be put back on my card. Needless to say, i did go up to the place of business and she did not have the same attitude as she did over the phone. And I DID get my money back right then and there. This place sucks. First impression gone WRONG !

Food is delicious but customer service is horrendous. They need to find themselves a new person to handle the phone calls because the girl who picks up the phone has a toxic personality.
Also, ignore their open and closing hours because they do. I just called them to order a Chicken Cesar Salad and the girl picked up and said that they were closed even though on their site it says that they close an HOUR from now so the people working there seem to only work when they feel like it.
They’re always forgetting one thing or another with orders and it is immensely unprofessional and ignorant. They always have an excuse for everything too, like for example, they’re extra busy that day (what restaurant doesn’t get busy? It’s a part of the job description) or as the girl claimed one time ‘there’s an emergency so we’re closing early tonight’ which btw I wonder if she was even telling the truth.
I understand that people have bad days but her bad attitude is present EVERY TIME I’ve called. If she hates her life so much that she can’t even do her job right then she shouldn’t be working there because I’m sure someone else can do her job better. She should not be handling customer service work with the attitude she has.
I would have given this 0 stars if I could but I have to give it something in order to post this. Regardless, consider this 1 star review a big, fat 0 star review.
