I have so many good memories from this place. I use to come here everyday during my senior year in high school. I’m 28 now and had a chance to swing by Long Island and the first place I though of was this place.
Hands down the best cheese fries there is. The staff it’s exactly how I remember extremely friendly.

I ordered from this establishment quite frequently until one night I ordered through grubhub. I called pizza express because on the grub hub app it said “delivered ” but I had not received it. The girl who answered the phone was trying to help me but the guy in the back was telling her they don’t have time to help me because they’re very busy and basically told her to hang up the phone. He was very rude. I don’t care how busy you are, good customer service goes a LONG way. So needless to say my money wont be going here anymore.

This is not the best true NY pizza but it is unique and very tasty! The crust had sesame seeds. I love a good crust and this was yummy and different. Also the Philly Cheesesteak rolls were amazing. I had quite a few questions and the staff members on the phone and in person were super friendly.

I grew up eating Pizza Express. Today I brought a good friend of mine to taste it and he loved it which I knew he would. For the past 20 years, I’ve lived in California as an adult but everytime I come home to New York for a visit, I stop by Pizza Express. The sesame seeds on the crust is original and delish and their service today was super friendly as usual. Hands down best pizza ever!!! So glad you guys are still around after all of these years.

The guy behind the counter is very rude. I asked him what he recommended and he was a complete jerk to me because he’s having a bad day he told me That’s not my problem. He said we’ve been here for 35 years all the Food is good. That is an insult to me by you asking me what you recommend I walked out. I will not take that from anybody. Walked in at 12 on a Sunday, looking for a quick slice or two. Was quickly told they didn’t have any slices available and then they just turned their backs on me. Not, “let me make a fresh pie for you” or “it’ll just be 10 minutes, if you don’t mind waiting”
