We came in at 8:30 PM from Ontario, having no idea that it closed at 9:00 PM, we were welcomed with friendly smiles. The food was good and the establishment was extremely clean. We saw our server wash his hands before every interaction with us and were very pleased. It’s clearly a very well-managed place and it was just what we needed after a long drive.

I really wanted to love this, but the experience has been disappointing. I ordered the Southwest Guacamole pizza for delivery, and the pizza arrived overcooked and missing the Southwest sauce. This has actually happened to me three different times now, which tells me it’s not a one-off mistake.
I paid for a specialty pizza, so I expect it to be made correctly and not burnt. Missing the sauce completely changes the flavor, and it feels like I’m not getting what I paid for.
I appreciate the convenience and fast delivery, but something needs to change in the preparation process or quality checks before orders go out. I’m hoping management sees this and improves consistency, because I do enjoy the menu — I just want my order made properly.

Absolutely atrocious food. If I could give this zero i would. My kids couldn’t eat their food because the pizza sauce (which is also the kids pasta sauce) was ridiculously spicy. The Cesar salad tasted like vomit and my panzerotti tasted like a frozen pizza pocket. I hate that restaurants get away with serving absolute garbage. The staff was nice but the food was disgusting and im super upset to have paid 100 dollars for garbage.

Update: Sept 2, 2025: came for lunch with my baby and the lady who served me was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed and I didn’t even have to ask. The weird thing though was all I ordered was a lunch 9 inch pizza with fries and drink and a kids pizza and somehow it came to $40, I kind of feel like I got ripped off I also asked for extra olives but barely got any.

Food was good but the kitchen really Saratoga the dinner. Our Scores Hit Chicken dinners, first there were no mashed potatoes, the after 20 minutes after ordering they only had enough chicken treats for 2 meals. Then I ordered something else but then they came back 10 minutes after that they found another breast and gave me the pizza they were prepping for free. Server was great, it was really the kitchen that made the dinner a lower rating.
