I came into Town visiting from Georgia my family raved about how good this pizza was. I made my order online and this is how my pizza look with no cheese. I called to let them know. My pizza had no cheese or hardly any cheese and they transferred me to who was supposed to be the manager and she told me she made it herself and that I asked for a pizza with half cheese the other half no cheese as you can see I guess this was the half that was supposed to have cheese on it. The online ordering confused me and I guess I ordered a pizza with only half of it with cheese. I tried to explain to her, not even half the pizza had cheese on it, and she hung up on me mid conversation. I called back and she told me to stop calling this is what I ordered and she’s not gonna fix it for me and hung up on me again. I was not being rude. I was not cussing. I was just trying to get this situation fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this location on Main Street to anyone. And if this is How the management treats customers you should get new management.

Called and placed an order. Pizza was ready when I got there. The service was pretty good. The down fall,, probably the worst pizza ive ever had. Speedway pizza is better and thats really saying something.

I ordered a take out order for a co-worker & myself. I went to the drive thru pick up window and waited with zero service or acknowledgement for 15mins while I could see my order threw the window lol. Decided screw it and went in to pick it up; no big deal. The staff inside was rude and not very friendly. I felt bad I was being polite and wanted my lunch so I could get back to work this had been a 20min ordeal at this point lol. Whoever was working the window straight up wasn’t doing their job. Food was not very good as it had been sitting done for probably 25ish mins if I had to guess.

Quite enjoyable. I had a quick vacation to Ohio and was wanting the old taste of Ohio style pizza. After going to the hometown pizza chain ,(Dona….) their pizza just wasn’t the same as I remembered to trigger my memory of good Ohio pizza. I decided to give it another chance the next day and went to Pizza Cottage this time. Finally, finally my memery was satisfied. Service was great, taste was even better. Will be going again when I come back to town. Thank you Pizza Cottage for keeping that good pizza memory alive.

Best experience yet. Misty, from Eastside Pizza Cottage, is an amazing server! Food on point as usual. Tried the gyros pizza, it was okay. It needed more Tzatziki sauce for one thing the other you can’t help… each piece should have the exact amount so you can taste it all together. Hawaiian was amazing, and the signature chef salad was phenomenal per usual. The East Side Pizza Cottage now serves alcoho and beer. No tap … yet… Love this community staple.

Party of 4 (2 adults,2kids(11,7)) walked in at 1:18p on July 8th . There was a party of 8-12 that was gathering their things and paying bills as we walked in. Then a table of 6 that was getting their food. We waited for 30 minutes was acknowledged with a ” I’ll be with you shortly ” and never came back. There was 2 tables that walked in (both party of 1) and where served before she even came over. There was 1 waitress and 1 person that helped her occasionally. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed.
