We ate dinner here last night for the first time and it was excellent in every aspect! 5 stars! We had cocktails, apps (the wings) and had 4 pizzas. All were great!
A special note that they accidentally brought the wrong pizza out to our table (we had asked for gluten-free, and this one had a regular crust) and the server/manager quickly apologized, gave us a free soup to eat while we waited for the correct pizza, and then had a new pizza out to our table within minutes. A special touch that was appreciated without asking! And the gluten free crust was amazing.
The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, parking is free and convenient, the service was quick and friendly. Another thing that we appreciate is that they are a living wage employer and the tip is included in the price so no extra surcharges/fees.
We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back soon and often!

Great atmosphere and bar! Huge outdoor seating out back. The gluten free pizza was amazing! The chili oil was so delicious on the pizza!

Bacon Gouda $21 & Margherita $17
And house salad $11
Toppings on Bacon Gouda were just not there, really, and the size for the price was just so small.
The salad was good and the size met price.
Pizza was okay but not the best I have had by far. Should have stayed with my go-to place for pizza that’s just down the road and around the corner. (WHP) lesson learned
I’m pretty sure I won’t be back.

Best pizza in Hillsborough, and a kind team with awesome service! Rachel was a great waitress. The pizza is pretty good, but I think there’s room for improvement on the cornicione, which was a bit flat, and not quite as good as Pizzeria Toro in Durham. Also, the prices are a bit high, but again, I still think the best Pizza in Hillsborough!

Pizza does not look like images on the “toast app”. Very sad looking toppings. And not enough to give it the flavor you’d want. Objectively, it tastes good. So if price isn’t a concern, you’ll be happy. It does fall short of being good pizza though.
Also, one pizza feeds an adult to the point of “not hungry”. So expect to pay $25-30 per adult.

Update: get dessert. The chocolate budino is ridiculously good. Light and wonderful.
Wings were so good with the goat cheese ranch sauce and perfect sweet and salty crust that we ordered a second bunch. Butternut squash soup with red curry and Calabrian chili oil all over everything made it all even better. BUT the pizza was the rockstar – four cheese, perfect wood fired crust. To. Die. For. And Lindsay the bartender and the great drink and sweet staff made it a great night! Addendum: O. M. G. Get dessert. Chocolate flan. See picture. We lost our minds.

Excellent Neapolitan style pizza. Good sauce and quality toppings. Crust is perfect: thin, slightly charred, flavorful. Possibly not quite as good as Napoli in Carrboro, but that’s a very high bar. Still very good pizza at a good price. We will definitely return.

My husband and I ordered pizza here last night and they delivered it to Nash Street Tavern, which was great. However, this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and I’m really not picky.. throw cheese on bread and I’m pretty happy. The crust was so mushy we couldn’t even pick it up without the whole piece of pizza folding in half and the cheese and toppings sliding off. I kept it for the next day to see if I could fix it in the air fryer, but it looked so inedible, I threw it away. The server was really sweet though, but I still felt I should warn pizza lovers near and far… don’t do it.

WOWOWOWOW!!!!! This place is so good! We were driving from Atlanta to Richmond and we were desperate to avoid fast food for the kids. This place made our whole trip!!
