As someone who’s worked in multiple fast food restaurants and service industry restaurants, this is the most lazy pizza cutting I’ve ever seen in my life. A toddler or someone high out of their mind would’ve done this. This is so sloppy.
Edit: I called and spoke to the manager. They could not have sounded more annoyed or care less. They claimed they offered a refund. Time will tell in several business days.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager of this location should not be manager. They cancelled my large party order without notifying me and when I called to ask where the delivery guy was, the manager said “We are too busy to accommodate your order.” Even though I did plan ahead in their app, ten hours prior to delivery time they just decided to cancel the order and not call me. I had lots of people at my party waiting for pizza. The manager didn’t even apologize or ask how can I make this right. Very rude and disappointing. Will not be ordering from this branch again. If you need pizza for events I highly recommend going somewhere else!!

I paid 50 dollars for that, leave tips for your driver, but looks that Papa Johns just refuse to do job. Your delivery driver just stopped on the other end apartment complex and text me that I need to go outside and find him he doesn’t know English, he doesn’t know numbers so it’s my problem. Your delivery was 50 minutes for 6 miles. Food is cold, you did not put drink what I paid for to the order, how bad you should work to miss 1 things from 3, worst service ever

Summary: Ignored order time, didn’t give the extra garlic sauce we paid for, served two already opened garlic sauces that spilled all over the boxes, and didn’t care they made mistakes that ruined our family movie night. I would Avoid this location.
First time ordering from this location. We placed a take out order online for an hour later. The store made the order immediately leaving us with cold pizza 45 min early. I called to confirm and was told they didn’t know it was a delayed order.
They also confirmed upon pickup that the extra sauces we paid for were in the boxes. They were not.
Upon arriving home with our now cold pizza, we found only two garlic sauces, both of which were not sealed and were leaking all over the box.
I emailed Papa John’s support and gave them a week to respond. Nothing. Such a disappointment.

Papa John’s has always been my preference in terms of the best pizza and ingredients. I came here today for a carryout of two large create-your-owns for my birthday lunch and was not disappointed at all! The pizza looks and tastes delicious (excuse the picture of after we had already started chowing down) and the customer service and energy in the store was amazing!

We have ordered from them for years. We don’t usually have a problem, and usually always pick up. But tonight we ordered delivery and our pizzas where horrible almost inedible. We ordered the works no mushrooms or olives and it came with what seemed like extra. Our BBQ pizza had so much sauce we literally scraped it off. When I called and the generic operator answered I asked for the manager, some employee answered and said he’s only authorized to give me 20% off next order. That didn’t even cover the cost of one pizza and both I ordered where not edible. When he finally “talked ” to a manager I was supposedly given a free pizza but it hasn’t yet showed up on my account.

Outstanding customer service! The gentleman working tonight helped me pack up all the food I got and wished me a nice evening. Doesn’t seem like a lot but it turned what was a bad day for me around into a nice evening. I highly recommend the manager of this store look at the date and time this review was posted and commend the gentleman that helped me!
Update: again, this particular store has outstanding customer service. Helped me bag my drinks and my pizzas and made sure I had everything I needed. I really recommend the manager looks at the schedule and sees who was on shift at the time of this review and give those employees a raise. It’s not often that you get a good enough customer experience to compel you to write not one but a follow up review as well. I’ll never go to a different papa John’s location, this one has earned my loyalty

Placed an app order, called after an hour and was told it was still in the make line. Only options I was given by the manager was to cancel my order or “it will get there when it gets there”. Will not be ordering Papa John’s again.
