I will admit I have been slacking on my reviews since I went back-to-back on vacation three times. This local pizza place is a hidden gem that was introduced to us by my Aunt Deborah (Debbie) Langer, who always orders pizza here for my cousins. They have been ordering from here for well over five years. I figured I should give this place a chance since my aunt spoke highly of it. Surely enough, this pizza place did not disappoint. In fact, we have made it our favorite pizza place to enjoy as well. The owners and staff are remarkably generous! They seem to also get along so well with their regular customers that it is like their recurring customers become a part of their family. It is amazing to see this hospitality and kindness in a restaurant setting. I personally love the creativity of this restaurant and how every time I come there is a new type of pizza pie or new menu item. It is truly unique that they take ambition to be brave, creative, and test out new food items. Keep up the awesome work and looking forward to the next time I eat in or order out!

I stopped in for a take out order and was actually short a dollar. The owner was so kind and told me not to worry about it. I even offered to go back home and get it before taking my order, and he still wouldn’t let me. That level of kindness is rare and really stuck with me. I went home and made it right, because good people like that deserve it.
On top of that, the food is great! The Philly cheesesteak is hands down the best in town, and the pizzas are even better.

I’ve known Marvin for almost 15 years… With every step of his career he just keeps getting better and better. We live in California now and with every trip home we have to eat at Marvin’s place – love Pizza City – the quality beats everyone else’s. Decided to try the “new” Pizza City for dinner the other night. I was happy from the get go. The order taker when I called was super pleasant and didn’t laugh when I was confused when she asked what dressing I wanted (salad evidently came with my Chicken Francese). My order was ready on time and the portion was generous. It tasted just as delicious as it looked. The best part of the whole experience was the price. The amount of food I got for $17 plus tax was amazing. I will be back for sure!

Absolutely delicious. Very friendly staff. Gave me huge portions and loved the garlic bread, baked ziti and chicken parm. And just by the way one of the recent negative reviews is from another pizza shop close by near ShopRite. It’s not the first business I’ve seen this happen to new businesses. I’m a business owner and saw the lack of support for entrepreneurs can be brutal, but this food is good! And I’m a picky eater! If you don’t like the food get a free tattoo on me! Just kidding

I grew up on Pizza City pizza. I turn 50 next week and Liz has been there almost as long! It’s been a few though. I was really hungry yesterday and supposed to meet someone. I suggested a Sicilian pie would get the job done. Long story short, my companion got held up and I ended up eating the whole pie myself, and it was delicious. I asked for it cooked lightly, and that’s what I got. Tons of cheese, sauce, soft undercarriage, and crispy crust. If you love Sicilian pizza, you have to try pizza city!
