My wife went to pick up our pizza last night and pulled into the drive-thru. She pressed the call button and waited at the window. After about 10 minutes, an employee finally called her on the phone, “Do you have an order, and are you actually going to pick it up?”
My wife replied, “I’m in the drive-thru and I pressed the button.”
The employee responded, “Well, the button doesn’t work,” and then added, “Don’t you think after sitting there for 10 minutes with no one responding you should have just walked inside?”
If the call button doesn’t work, customers have no way of knowing that. It’s the restaurant’s responsibility to fix the equipment or put up a sign explaining what to do. Speaking to a customer like they’re the problem for using the drive-thru is unacceptable.
To be fair, the wings were great. However, the order still wasn’t followed correctly—we specifically asked for no Bavarian cream and that instruction was ignored.
Good food doesn’t make up for poor customer service. Basic professionalism and simply following the order would go a long way.

This is a great place made a call in order and they were real busy and forgot to make one of my pizzas so they made the pizza in good timing and did not charge me for it because of there simple mistake I 100% recommend this place to yall
