As an out of towner this pizza was AMAZING!! The crust & flavor throughout the whole pizza was just excellent!! It was very similar to something I had in San Francisco! Not to mention their garlic bread was fantastic as well! And as someone who loves ranch- theirs was top tier!!! The service was amazing as well the staff were very kind- restaurant was very clean and super cute on the inside. Highly recommend!! Next time I travel this way I know where I’ll eat again((:

Love this place, classic style thick crust pizza. Safe are nice and pizza comes out hot and fast.
The jo jo, are great appetizers Flower battered and tasty amazing.
The only thing I dont like is having to pay for the pizza dipping sauce. If you want a ranch dip or something different please know its not included in your order.
Good luck my fellow Google travelers and safe journey on your road through life.

Pizza Caboose is hands down the best pizza in the metro area. Their crust is always perfectly golden and crispy. I love how they do full slices of tomatoes. And they quite literally have the best potatoes wedges I’ve ever had. You have to get Potato Spikes and their delicious homemade ranch!

Delicious food! You order from the counter and they don’t bother you- which I love! It’s quiet and there’s fun train stuff.
The ranch is amazing, get another serving, you won’t regret it!

I’ve always loved pizza, so I was excited to finally stop by and give this place a try. The pizza was delicious, with a perfectly balanced crust—neither too soft nor too crunchy. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend it and will be back!

If you like good pizza this place probably isn’t for you. We ordered a pepperoni and a Canadian bacon with pineapple. Both arrived as a medium dish and, at first reminded me a bit of old-school Pizza Hut (as did the the plates and general vibe of the place). Unfortunately, the pizza was very average–maybe even below average. The crust was golden brown on the bottom and had some crunch, but seemed overcooked. I’m usually one to enjoy eating my pizza crust and I skipped these. Too dry. There were plenty of pepperoni on the pizza but with too much mozzarella. We also ordered a cheese bread, which was flat out gross. I’m nearly certain it was microwaved, as the bread was doughy soft and the cheese an overly melted mess. The marinara that came with it arrived on a prepacked plastic container, indicating to me that there is likely nothing special about the in-house sauces being used. Over all, the pizza reminded me of something overpriced and likely to be found at a low-bar amusement park. We ate at lunch time on a Sunday and we’re one of two parties in the place. There were plenty of employees though, so maybe their delivery game is strong.
Bathrooms were tiny and difficult to navigate, but clean. Ambiance was interesting (trains) but the model train advertised to cruise around the joint was not operating. The old-school video games, while cool to look at and a potentially good pairing for this place, all took our quarters without any game play. Staff weren’t too concerned with helping us with the lost quarters.
TL,DR: we’ll let this one cruise on down the tracks without us.

I review quite a few pizza places around town. Pizza Caboose is the absolute BEST pizza we have had! Homemade crust and sauce with real mozzarella cheese! Great value as well! I wish lived closer to the restaurant to order regularly! We will drive from Gresham to Tigard to have this pizza again! 5 Stars w/o question! Keep up the great work Pizza Caboose!

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s a bit pricey, but the most important thing is that it tastes good.
