Pizza absolutely delicious. I’m from St. Louis home, of the thin crust square sliced pizza, so I’m not a fan of deep dish. So this Chicago style pizza was just the happy medium that I needed. Ordered online. It was ready when I arrived 2 minutes prior to the pick up time I was given online. It has an incredible thin crispy crust. The sauce was delicious. Not sweet nor sour. I would call it tangy. We ordered sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom. All ingredients were fresh. All the flavors blended together perfectly. I will be ordering from here again!

Have ordered from Geno’s pizza for yesrs. Pizza is always good. Ordered online through food delivery service. Driver stated staff was nasty toward him at pickup. As a former driver, I believe him. Won’t order from them anymore. Gig drivers catch enough hell from customers, should not have to take crap from restaurant staff.

I grew up in Harvey, IL and Geneo’s Pizza is a staple. Yes the owner is a little rough on the edges and dry, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t make delicious pizza. I am 80 years old and remember this establishment being in existence while l was growing up. I ordered pizza, requested little cheese but still got a good amount, and wish that had been applied to the meat for which there was very little on the pizza. Additionally, l have had pizza that was far more tasty and given to me with a smile and a nice attitude and even an “enjoy” would have been nice. However, to come to the steps in front of the building, and fear for your life of falling is totally disrespectful and unacceptable. As long as this place has been here with steps like this shows what the establishment really thinks of its customers. I’m so glad l have many more far better choices.

Geneo is the worst food I have ever eaten, the pizza and I drive a truck so I know crappy food. The sauce tasted burned and not from cooking but from sitting on a warmer and having water added periodically, this is the first review I have ever posted but I felt obligated to warn the public about how awful and the extreme waste of money it is. As much as I hate the large chains you would be better served ordering from any of them over pizza by geneo. If you’re gonna be rude at least make the food phenomenal. I left a picture of what their pie looks like hot or cold and be thankful it’s not smell o vision

Food was good but the lady was highly rude I came out there from Joliet and picked the food up for my cousin. So he sent me the screenshot of the order with the order number. When I got to the pizza place and showed the order and order number. She refused to give me the pizza even though my cousin ordered and fully paid for the pizza she said she need the actually app. So I called my cousin while he was at work and he called them idk what was said but after waiting 20 minutes even though the pizza had been done I was able to get the pizza and there were no apologies from her. So as for customer service that made the whole experience terrible for me. Customer service is the front line of the business they should greet and handle situations with the upmost respectable service to your customers

Dont order the double crust its regular crist with a raw crust on top and it tastes like undone four! Been eating Genos 30 yrs and this is my last time ever!!
