We hit up Cheddar’s, and I went for the 6-ounce sirloin while my wife chose the chicken pot pie. I love their croissants, but honestly, the rest of the food is pretty bland. We tried the spinach artichoke dip, which was just okay. The fries were tasteless and seemed old. I really hope they improve their cooking. Definitely skip the broccoli and cheddar side; it’s not good.

We’ve visited this establishment twice and will never return. Today, our service was appalling. Our waiter was high and couldn’t even get our drinks right. He was completely unfamiliar with the menu. The tea was stale, the salad was limp, and the homemade chicken pot pie was not only unappetizing but also lacked flavor. To add insult to injury, the entrance and walkway were littered with trash.

Me and my husband come about once a month and honestly 9/10 the food is great and the service is good as well. The prices honestly can’t be beat especially for how much food you get. My favorite is the crispy buffalo chicken wrap. It’s massive and the buffalo sauce is so unique and delicious. The chicken tenders are good and crispy but not overcooked. We love Cheddars.

The ribs were surprisingly good. The top sirloin was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. I was expecting corn to be served on the cob, so I was a little disappointed when it came out in a tiny bowl as kernels. The server was very attentive and polite. Kudos to whoever was making the Moscow mules, they were on point. My first time ever in Goodyear/Glendale area and I really did appreciate this restaurant. I recommend it if you were in this area and need a good place to eat.

Beyond the fries, the rest of the menu is equally impressive. I had the chicken pot pie, and it was rich, creamy, and loaded with tender chicken and veggies. The service was fantastic—our server was attentive, friendly, and had great recommendations.

My son and I went in for dinner tonight and had a most pleasant experience! Eleanore C was our server and she was so kind, attentive, and genuine. She greeted us quickly and checked in with us regularly. She had such a sweet demeanor and made sure we were taken care of through our stay. Dinner was fantastic. The chicken pot pie is soooo good! My son had the Shrimp Alfredo and said it was amazing. We also shared the spinach dip and he raved about it. Overall we truly enjoyed our little dinner date. Even the bill was a surprise! With all that we ordered, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the total was. Thanks Cheddar’s
