Again tonight, like every online orders from this Pizza Boli’s in Dumfries, VA. When ordering my sandwich, I always receive lettuce on my hot sandwich when I specifically asked for NO LETTUCE on their app?, it’s apparent that the cook isn’t reading the orders correctly. In their defense, they will kindly correct the order, but that means waiting even longer for your food. After calling them on several occasions about this issue, it’s time to put it in writing. If your doing this to my order, your doing it to others. Just reading the order correctly would solve this problem.

Order was made wrong. Asked for italian sausage and green olives in our Stromboli, got ground beef and green peppers. Didn’t realize til I was home and opened the box. Tried to call to let them know about the mistake, no answer. Assuming staff had all made their way out back again after I left and couldn’t be bothered. I didn’t have time and wasn’t going to inconvenience myself with another trip to town anyway so I didn’t bother calling again. Just won’t be back. This kind of service is too commonplace anymore for second chances.

Between the disrespectful “MANAGER” with his complete lack of customer service , competency , and common decency , and the co signing online delivery staff member who exhibits the same disgusting behavior and attitude towards customers , I wouldn’t recommend this place to the starved. Their food is subpar but a quick /cheap option available , I would not have complained. I got LESS than what I paid for given the fact that two pizzas were completely incorrect and delivered with inaccurate toppings after notating it was an allergy. In attempts to correct this with management , he was so vile and crass , he has absolutely no business in a customer service position much less a management position. Pizza Bolis needs to reevaluate who they allow to represent their brand because this encounter will be the one advertised until I see something done about it from corporate. Do better. The bbq chicken pizza allegedly made by the manager himself had NO SAUCE and we were given pineapple on a pizza after indicating there’s a pineapple allergy. Terrible and disgusting behavior from the manager and staff.

Ordered from this location.. my order arrived incorrectly.. The menu did not specify the type of onion on the gyro.. it just stated raw onions.. after speaking to 3 employees.. I explained that I was allergic to red onions to each person I spoke to.. After remaining on hold for 30+ minutes I was told that it was my fault for ordering the food and I should had told them I was allergic to red onions when I placed my order.. I explained I had ordered this same thing from the Lake ridge location and the gyro came with white onions.. I was then told I would not be given a fresh order or a refund because it was my fault.. they kept my money and I couldn’t even enjoy my meal.. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.. I felt the staff was extremely disrespectful and insensitive.. would not recommend..

In town for a workshop, decided on pizza for dinner, but wanted something local. Ordered a Stromboli, and garlic cheese bread …. I’m going to have to save the Stromboli for tomorrow. Haven’t touched it. The bread was SO. GOOD!!! 100% recommend, even if you’re not an appetizer person. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have even ordered the Stromboli!

I’ve tried to give them a pass, but the product has become subpar with each time I use it. The one in Dumphries is horrible, so is their customer service . I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. This is the worst one yet, they put grated Parmesan left my croutons and gave me a couple piece of chicken . When I called up to complain about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Even though the order was not correct, and it look like something I could pick up at Walmart for five dollars. I will never order from them again, ever.
