Love that mini 6 inch personal size pizza is an option. Love that feta cheese is an option to add to the pizza. Place was clean, spacey, great customer service. There is a section if you choose to eat inside where you can grab your own to go mini pizza box. Very nice. Love the art work on the wall of the store. Pizza was crispy which was great. I made my own pizza it was delicious. This was my first time at this location. Experienced great service. Thank you.

We really enjoy coming here to share a pizza. We believe they have a great product – HOWEVER, we have noticed that every time we return that there are tables that haven’t been cleaned or wiped down, along with spills and trash under tables. The compressor in the soda dispenser is so loud that it is difficult to have conversations while dining in. The owner is getting complacent what it takes to keep the WHOLE operation up to standards. This is very disappointing and we would be disappointed to see this location fail due to neglect.

I give 5 stars even in bad service unless the staff goes out of their way to cause a problem like this.
I asked twice while ordered and both times they made eye contact and ignored me. Maybe they didn’t hear me but considering they heard all the other parts of the convo I’d assume they chose to ignore.

It was our first time checking out Mod Pizza. I love the idea of building your own wood fired pizza and it being quick! The restaurant was clean and the service was good. We each did the midsize MOD pizza which is 11 inches and like $11-12. The hubs got a prebuilt pizza, the Mad Dog, and I built my own. I loved being able to do half and half or even just a portion if I wanted. Naturally, I did have them add extra cheese. I wish I’d asked for more pepperoni too but that’s all on me. It was really good! Some other customers were getting salads and those looked just as delicious. I’ll definitely see if they have the option for side salads next time I go because I can’t skip the pizza. We will definitely go back.

I ordered the unlimited toppings pizza. I just wanted a lot of pepperonis. I get my pizza and there are like 8 pepperonis on it. The worker told me the owner limits the amount of a single topping. huh? I am supposed to be able to customize it how i want it. I was told the normal is 6 pepperonis and 8 for extra pepperoni. Somehow it doesnt seem like this is a corporate standard. What a rip off. If I pay for customized pizza and i can get 12 different toppings, for Gods sake let me get triple or quadruple pepperonis and nothing else. Wont be going back.

Went in and a employee Brennan had a huge attitude acring aggresive and toxic, I asked for extra olives and he refused to give them. He was completely unprofessional and disrespectful he ended up wasting the pizza and throwing it out, i never got my food or was even offered anythingbu the other employee there. I would never spend money here at all, the store was dirty and the employee was touching garbage and not washing his hands and then touching food. Multiple food violations. I hope management deals with these issues

First time I went the kid removing the pizza from the oven and cutting it was so high and listening to his headphones that he forgot to cut one of our pizzas and then he put my pizza in a large Togo order.
Second time (yes we returned cause we love Mod Pizza) I found a small kinky hair in my pizza. No one on staff had short hair nor did they have curly hair. I was absolutely disgusted and spit the bite of pizza I had in my mouth out. My wife did get a full refund but this location is lacking when it comes to management and professionalism. When she brought the hair to the cashiers attention the kid tried arguing with her saying “I don’t see no hair” so she had to pick it up and show him.

I am really disappointed this time around with our food, but I have not been here in about 6 months and obviously different management.
I love the Greek salad and this time around there was the peppers not cut correctly, and cucumbers and everything in this salad but with those changes it made the taste, taste different ♀️ I wasn’t going to say anything until my husband found the whole end of the lettuce after that it was just fining
Maybe it’s a new person?

I love MOD! It’s always great! This time, we tried the buffalo chicken wings and they were excellent. Also, since we had to wait, they gave us free dessert. I think now it is my favorite dessert. For 2 pizzas and 6 wings, we paid $36.
