I ordered my food through the app and had it delivered to my home. The driver went to the wrong location and was rude when they called and I explained they were at the wrong location.
The food that I ordered was wrong, I contacted the location and was told that they would remake the food free of charge. (They did not ask me to return the other food).
The driver called me and inquired and harassed me about the order, claiming that it was right, and stated, ” Why didn’t I just make it work?” I let the driver know that I spoke to the manager about the issue and my food was supposed to be remade it was wrong. About 25 minutes later, the driver arrived at my home and demanded that I return the old food, which I had discarded, and I could not receive the remade food without it. I contacted the store again and spoke to two different ppl claiming to be the manager. They resolved the issue but also told me that they would contact the driver. When I went back to the driver, he got increasingly loud yelled at me, accused me of trying to steal and get free food, and that I was the reason that someone had just got fired. I tried to explain to the driver what I was told by management, what was wrong with the first order, and that I was not trying to do any of the things that he accused me of. He shoved the food at me and kept yelling at me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable with the entire interaction. Eventually, I walked away. I was no longer hungry, didn’t trust the food, and was very upset. When checking the order it was partially correct. I just gave up.
The interaction was disgusting and I still can’t believe that it happened.
My burger on a different day was over cooked chopped up made any kind of way. The burger was dry. I usually Like them but it’s like they don’t care how your food is made.

I called the store and was transferred to the “department ” that handles the online order. I received no answer, so I called back. At this point, I seen how my sub looked. I informed the young man on the phone what was going on and before I could finish talking, he transferred me again. The line went back to him and I’m on my way!
I get to the store and show him the sub. He puts his fingers all in it opening it up and say ” what you mean there’s no meat?”. I said what I said! Then he asked, “If I want it remade?”, as if he just didnt put his fingers in the damn sub!!! According to the young man, my sub was slim due to me not adding a bunch of stuff on it.
He asked me 2x what I wanted on the sub and apparently they didn’t have no can grape soda.
Long story short, the sub looked the same before and after. Waste of my time and money. And had to deal with poor customer service in the mix.
