I ordered the small plate with orange chicken, beef and broccoli, chow mein and fried rice. The orange chicken and fried rice were fine, but the chow mein was 1% noodles and 99% onions and cabbage. The beef and broccoli included only one piece of beef. This left me rather dissapointed.

Employees are disorganized and clueless. They run out of items and have rows and rows of half prepared meals sitting on counter getting cold. No one is assigned to stations and they are constantly bouncing from the line to drinks to register…. I’ve been coming here for years, Panda has always been one of my favs. However, the quality has recently gone done. I ordered their teriyaki chicken that I used to always get in my plate, and it was disgusting I couldn’t even eat one. Everyone was complaining about their food, I ordered about 4 plates for my family. I don’t know if it’s the new staff, lower quality food, or all of the above. I actually will never eat again. Go to a new location, or just skip Panda.

This is the second time we have found hair in our food. No one wears hair nets and hair is dropping in the food they are serving. We went to try to speak to a manager but the worker never got the manager. So I hope this helps someone out and they finally get this figured out.
