I had a truly wonderful experience at this pizza place. The crust was perfectly crisp, and the sauce had a fantastic, fresh flavor. 1 chicken cheesesteak add cheese and mayo only
Ham and cheese was cold, was never even warmed
Chicken cheesesteak had mushrooms
Other chicken cheesesteak had onions and peppers.
They want to correct it by me driving back with the incorrect food so they can make the right food because company policy says the incorrect food must be returned.
I reviewed the order over the phone multiple times. Im disappointed I wasted that much money.

Nice cute place. Called and got my pizza in 30 mint.. work crew liked the pizza.

Called and order a southwest chicken cheese steak and an order of cheese fries. Got home my chicken cheeses steak is made with beef after the person on the phone read back my order to me. And the cheese for the fries was cold

Order at this location 2 times,I was so stoked to get a pizza Bella closer ..well I was disappointed along with my whole family! 2 personal pizza had hardly no sauce and the pizza was burnt ! Hopefully it gets better cooks!

I would give you zero stars if possible. Not only do my kids love the bites we always order the exact same order and the last 5 times it was wrong. A simple balsamic veggie sub with NO mushrooms you screw up every last time. Well tonight was the last time. I called to place my order and let them know that it keeps being wrong so I emphasized the no mushrooms and repeated my order several times. The girl also read it back to me several times. Now not only was I charged for 2 subs this time I also got 2 subs full of mushrooms. We waited very long for our food then I called to get a refund and waited another hour for them to come back to get the food they screwed up. They never showed. It’s now about 940pm and still I have this food that has to be returned in order to get a refund. This place is actually a joke and has zero respect for someone’s time. I will get a refund and I will return this food if it takes a week to do so. Also my family and I will never order from pizza bella in Jenkins township again or any other pizza bella associated with them. Also Nicole the store manager is the one that had me waiting around for a delivery driver who i already tipped in cash and a little extra on my card over 20% of my bill that I was extremely over charged for with food that I never ordered for him to never show up and the store to be closed when I tried calling back. This is disgusting behavior from a manager and pure laziness from all involved.

Great food and nice staff. My family orders food from here quite often. They have great food and during COVID-19 lockdown they were open. Which was great because it made life a little easier for my family. They are a tad expensive but that’s the only draw back. Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces right near the front door. Always clean and the staff are always friendly and even funny. We enjoy Pizza Bella a lot. Price won’t stop us from ordering food from here. I’m sure you’ll enjoy their food also. Stop by today and grab yourself a slice of even a hoagie. They have the best cheesesteak hoagie and strombolis called the Finicky Cheesesteak, which is just a lot of meat and cheese. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a long-time customer for a couple of years now. Over the past two months, I have gone three times. The first time, we had a hair under the cheese so called and they remediated the issue the second time. Finally went again today and ended up with another hair baked into the pizza. Used to love coming here, sadly won’t be a patron anymore.

I’m new to the area and chose Pizza Bella because it is close to us in Jenkins Township. Had a great experience ordering online for two. Delivery was fast and the delivery person friendly. We enjoyed an assortment of items and would recommend getting takeout there again.
