We stopped here on our way back to Anchorage from Hatchers Pass and it was super good! We were provided quick and courteous service and the pizza and cheesy bread we had were delicious. Whether you’re local to the area or just passing through or visiting, this is a great place to eat.

Customer service was terrible. Food is goodvbut the elderly man on the phone taking orders kept mumbling to himself “Jiminy crickets… would have been nice to know..” as I went down the list of orders. When he informed me that it would take 2 tickets, I said it was okay with us, and he responded “it’s really not, but okay.” For a small business that mostly delivers in the Palmer are during lunchtime, this was not a big ask and there weren’t tons of substitutions or deviations. Customer facing employees need better training on how to interact with the customers.

Although I do not recommend doing this to them, I called with just under an hour notice for an order of 20 specialty pizzas I wanted to pick up. They got them done exactly on time without a loss in quality! Great customer service and food.

Recently made a small order and was much more impressed with quality of food. Had not ordered there in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Price was reasonable for the size of the order. Perfectly fine place to get a late night meal when you don’t want to cook. Will likely order more from here when I want pizza in Palmer.

I like their pizza, but have had issues with my last three orders. For the first two orders, I ordered jalapeños on my pizzas, but they were not added (I paid for them.). The third order I paid for 4 20 oz drinks (not delivered). Your employees need to be more diligent in reviewing orders before delivery.

I ordered an expensive pizza because it had a lot of toppings listed, but the toppings were really sparse. The crust did not taste fresh, very tough and flavorless. I think they could work on the crust recipe and not skimp on ingredients at these prices.

It is cold I started ordering here February 2022 had it delivered it was pretty good several times. Talk to Joe a couple of times they have new cooks. Danny gave me to the person that takes the orders I ordered a large I believe Supreme and a order of wings sauce on the side . Delivery not very many toppings on the pizza and the wings had sauce on them . Call the week later with delivery ordered four orders of wings the sauce on the side. Get the wings they were really overcooked well done. you can see a lot of the bone and very tough can’t even eat them throw them away very very small. Called to ask for the manager the girl that answered the phone said that they were very busy and told me to call back in two two and a half hours. Call back she was not available. Very disappointed. I gave this place a five-star from the beginning and spent good money there. Hopefully they will make this right.
