Social Profile:

Back in 1976, when bell bottoms were wide and New York streets were wilder, Pizza Alley fired up its first oven with one mission: serve damn good pizza, no shortcuts. We’ve been slinging thin, foldable, crispy-edged slices ever since — the kind you grab on a paper plate and devour on the sidewalk. Inspired by the boroughs, but built for our neighborhood, we keep it classic: house-made dough, real mozzarella, bold red sauce, and big flavor. Whether you’re here for a quick slice or feeding the whole block, you’re always welcome in the Alley.

Pizza whole or by the slice, plus subs, beer & wine, in basic digs splashed with murals of New York.

We ordered a half and half pizza which was very flavorful and satisfying. Even crust was really thin and crispy. Best pizza in Highland for the price for sure. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely nice. I”ll definitely back to try their calzones.

Pizza Alley has always been apart of my childhood! My grandma would take us in for their lunch special very often. We loved it! We visited today since the new ownership and renovations. My garden salad and breadsticks tasted as good as I remember! As far as the pizza, it’s not the same but still yummy. We used to love the wings, but now they aren’t even comparable. All in all the food was decent. The vibes inside are kind of gentrified, I miss the old pizza alley taste and looks. Happy it’s back though.

Pizza Alley delivered an outstanding dining experience for me. I tried three different menu items which included a pepperoni slice and extra cheese pizza and sausage slice and I found everything to be delicious. The crust reached the ideal texture because the cheese melted perfectly and the toppings maintained their fresh and tasty quality.

The restaurant provides an ideal atmosphere for customers who want to enjoy a fast pizza slice while the dining space creates an enjoyable atmosphere. I will return to this place because I enjoyed it so much. This restaurant requires your presence if you have pizza cravings.

We’ve been dining at Pizza Alley for over 20 years and were so excited when it reopened! It did not disappoint. Same great pizza – my kids and husband were super happy and fought over leftovers the next day. Pickup was easy – I put in our order as I was leaving my office downtown and it was coming out of the oven when I arrived. Happy to put Pizza Alley back into our family’s rotation!

I’ve been coming here since I was 15 I’m 40 now and I love the pizza the people the vibe. But since it has reopened it is not the same. The people are not engaging the prices went up. I paid $12 for a slice of pizza and a soda. I added 2 toppings but wow. Then the cashiers elder kept whispering and coughing all over. The pizza doesn’t taste the same no chewy cheese. I’m sad I used to love this place but I don’t think I’ll return. Bye pizza alley.
