I believe them to be the best restaurant in York, PA. The salads are so fresh and have special touches. The subs are the most tasty ones I’ve ever had. They are plump and always made with fresh meats and veggies. Their meatballs are also the best I’ve had. Oh the pizza isn’t bad either lol. I love the variety of dishes, the freshness, the portions and I just can’t find a better bang for my buck. I highly recommend them!

The food and staff at Pizza Al Bacio is amazing! 10/10! They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. When I had an issue with a large door dash delivery that the driver never dropped off. The team at Pizza Al Bacio reached out and assisted me, even though it was no fault of their own. This level of exceptional customer service and care is hard to come by these days. I recommend this place to anyone in the York area. They offer the best Pizza and service in town!

Long time customer since they opened up. I was a 5 star fan back then. Over the years we felt the quality has gone down hill. Because of this, we started going other places, but always would come back occasionally hoping for a return to old days. I’m not certain what it is, but the dough seems that it got thinner. So our pizza is always wet…like so wet it doesn’t dry in the toaster oven. I used to think it was because of vegetables, but this past weekend we did one without and still a soggy bottom. I even ordered it well done. It’s unfortunate, and this has been about a five year review in the making…just kept hoping it was bad luck. But I think we are done with Al Bacio.

I don’t know what happen to this place a few months or maybe a year ago but I just ordered wings, pizza, cheesesteak and it all wasn’t good at all! I was so disappointed I wanted to call them myself and tell them about it ! At this point I would recommend them to anyone! Sorry not sorry!l!!
