I loved the vegetable beef soup.. It was almost like a stew. When i went back for it again.. It was totally different than what i had before but still delish! Highly recommend.

I order a burger and she asks what fries I want with it. I told her regular fries assuming they came with the burger. I mean I didnt ask for it, she acted like it came with the burger. And then I get the bill and see a half order of fries for $4? Why didn’t she ask if I wanted to add a order of fries instead of acting like it came with my meal and sneaking on an extra charge?

This was the only place open when we wanted to eat in Durand and we were impressed. The host/bartender was very caring, attentive and funny. There were hardly any people there though, but that’s to be expected for a Wednesday night!

Never bring kids into this place especially special needs…don’t let them touch the sand or any games as big beard Jamie will yell at them ..been going there for 3 yrs now I’m barred for standing up for my Autistic daughter..he should of came to me not screamed at her. short staffed but very friendly and attentive service. good atmosphere, i am a sucker for train themes but they could definitely use more railroad decor! good food, reasonably priced and a fair drink selection. i did not feel expected to drink and was gladly served coffee.
